I have been going to Pioneer Valley Dental for over 25 years. I can honestly say that this is the best dentist office I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. They always make you feel comfortable as well. I absolutely love Dr. Baugh and his bedside manner. He is very caring and always makes sure I am comfortable and relaxed. I wish I could give them more stars than just 5. This is an amazing Dental office. From the moment you walk in , the entire staff is kind , personable, efficient, prefessional and good at what they do. Dr. World is a great Dentist. He is excellent at what his does. The kind of man that enjoys his work and makes you feel important to him. I did not have a kind dentist when I was a child and I feared the dentist. Now I actually enjoy going. It's always a good experience at Pioneer Valley Dental. Thank you to all of the staff.

Pioneer Valley Dental is wonderful! Recently I missed an appointment for my sons. Not only was Nicholas understanding and gracious, he was able to get work them into the schedule quickly and together so it would be convenient to me. Dr. World is the best dentist we have ever been to and I'm always impressed with the entire staff. It is always a positive experience when we go to the dentist and I couldn't be happier!

Not only is Dr Broadbent an excellent dentist capable of performing all dental procedures his staff provides great service. My family has been using Pioneer Valley Dental for several years. Bi-annual dental cleanings, checkups, digital x-rays, and state of the art technology plus reminder phone calls are standard procedures.
I have had to deal with periodontal disease and have had several implants performed. My insurance company has pushed back on coverage of the implants. The office manager Candince has gone beyond her duties and persevered in pursuing the insurance company until they finally paid the claim. She is as professional as they come and along with Dr Broadbent keep my dental needs as well as my costs under control.

We absolutely love Pioneer Valley Dental! We have been going here for over 10 years and feel like family. My inlaws and brother inlaw and his family have also been coming here for a while to. We have had great experiences. They were able to get my son in on an emergency visit after he broke his tooth. We LOVE Pioneer Valley Dental, especially Dr Baugh!!!
Another update about why we love this place so much. My 3 year old is such a wiggle worm and had a bunch of cavities to be filled. They were so good and patient with her and she didn't even cry, which is a huge plus so she'll want to come back again.
This place is fabulous, everyone is super friendly and great to work with.

My wife and I have been going to Pioneer Valley Dental for years now, and we have always had a great experience. Our youngest daughter was terrified of the thought of going to the dentist until yesterday. After seeing Dr. Baugh and Sharon, she is not only cured of her fear, she is asking to go back because she "had so much fun". Pioneer Valley has a very friendly, thorough, and professional staff.
