Dr. Smith is the nicest person I’ve ever met. He is caring, gentle and very knowledgeable. His assistant Ashley is amazing too. She is so good at making you feel comfortable and explains questions I have so well. The office staff is welcoming with smiles every single time I walk in the door. Our son had a tumble at a playground and chipped his teeth. We called the dentist and they stayed late to help our little guy out. They were friendly and understanding of his hesitation for the dental procedure. They continually praised him for his courage and comforted him during the whole procedure. Pioneer dental definitely deserves 5 stars for how they took care of us. Glad to have them for all our dental needs!!!!

My family and I started going to Pioneer Valley Dental last year to see Dr. World and always have a wonderful visit. The office is warm and sanitary and the staff are kind and professional and everyone has a smile on their face. Our dental assistant Alex, has always gone out of her way to make my daughter feel comfortable being at the dentist, from her first visit to the most recent. Dr. World was thorough and kind and also made my daughter comfortable being in the chair! I would recommend Dr. World to anyone looking for an honest, caring, and professional dentist. Doctor Austin and his assistance together with hygienist Sierra and her assistant Amanda performed an excellent job in a more professional ways! You guys are awesome!! I went in for my regular scheduled cleaning a few days ago and they did a wonderful job! They also recommended a great orthodontist and even called them and set up an appointment for me themselves! First of all. I want to reveal that I was one of the many people who not only hated the dentist, but also had a fear of going. This place, changed everything. I was referred here by my girlfriend, the first thing I did was a cleaning, and now I go in for occasional checkups and anything I need when it comes to my teeth. They are the most friendly, professional group of people I've ever met. I was made extremely comfortable from the get go. The office is bright, welcoming, super clean and smelled great!Brittany at the front desk is such a fun person, shes so bubbly!! The assistants and hygienists are always super nice, and caring. they're awesome! I've had them sometimes just lean in to the room just make sure I'm good, even if I'm not their patient! Kristy, Luz, Rachel, Jericha! They'll do anything to make sure you're comfortable and make your visit as easy as possible. I had Dr. Baugh work on me but he's a super nice, professional, and extremely caring as well. He treats you like you're family and explains everything in detail, answers your questions thoroughly and is very compassionate. All in all, I've sort of overcome my small fear since going to the dentist and I'll never go anywhere else.! 👍👍👍

I was talking my 31 year old daughter yesterday, and I hadn’t realized that my family has been going to Pioneer Dental for more than 13 years. Dr Smith fixed her 2 top, front teeth 13 years ago after being broken when she was 8 (both just coming in) and after other dentists fixing them several times.
Sorry for the story, however after 13 years, they still look very good and are still very strong.
Dr Smith and the other dentists are all very good and efficient, as are their office staff, who are very organized and are also very efficient. Then there are the hygienists, etc.: I was in last Tuesday for surgery and they had to take some of my blood for that survey. I really don’t like giving blood. With our joking and laughter, they totally put me to ease. Thank you Pioneer Valley Dental. I highly and strongly recommend this place.
