My family has been seeing Dr. World at Pioneer Valley for decades. We are loyal patients because of his expertise and professionalism. Dr. World is also personable and has a great sense of humor. He is conservative in his dental approach and trustworthy. The office is clean and the receptionists are friendly. His staff are fantastic. They are all competent and efficient. We know we can depend on Nicholas whenever we need help with an appointment, a dental issue or a billing question. He is quick to respond and follow up. Another thing we appreciate is Pioneer Valley’s appointment confirmation system. There is really no way we could forget our appointments with the mail, email and text reminders available. We highly recommend Pioneer Valley Dental, particularly Dr. World and his staff.

This was the first dental appointment I've had where I felt no guilt or shame for the state of my teeth. Every person I interacted with was kind, patient and eager to work with me and help me improve my dental health. I was lucky to get in quickly to fix a chipped tooth and they also were helpful in identifying other underlying issues I was unaware of. This is the first time I've ever been eager to come back to the dentist after meeting with Dr. Baugh (who made me blush after complementing my teeth, a first!) and his wonderful assistant Campbell. They were quick, gentle, efficient and I loved the warm atmosphere of the office itself. I can tell they love their jobs and I loved switching to Pioneer Valley Dental.

Pioneer Valley Dental has a very friendly and professional staff. I appreciate the greeting and follow up we receive each time we come. They take care of all of our family members and are patient to explain what needs follow up. I have also loved the referrals we receive for advanced care or surgery when needed. The staff has been able to put my children at ease. My kids LOVE to come to the dentist! I highly recommend this office and particularly Dr. Baugh if you are looking for a new dental provider.

I have been going t Pioneer Valley Dental since 2002, I see Dr Smith. I have never had a bad experience, they are always so pleasant and comforting. I am a nervous patient and Dr Smith has always been very good at understanding this. Even though I don't like going to the dentist, which I went in today after not having gone in for a few years and it was as if no time had passed. I would and have recommended them to friends.

Dr. Curtis Smith at Pioneer Valley dental is truly one of the absolute best! My family has been going to him for 20+ years and I won't consider going anywhere else. Dr. Smith is a perfectionist and takes the time to make sure that everything is done correctly. Everyone in his office is genuine and kind! My kids look forward to every dentist visit - it's always such a good experience for them, and for me!

I love this office through and through! As a lifelong patient, there's no one else I'd trust with my dental and oral care than Dr. Taylor World and his team. Dr. World and his staff are honest, thorough and compassionate. They clearly explain procedures, clarify and answer any question that comes to mind, and are honest with their advice and overall business. I look forward to the dentist every 6 months so I can see these wonderful folks again, as I am literally treated like family the minute I walk through the door. Pioneer Valley is the best. I have been going there for over 33 years! Dr. Broadbent is the best. He has been so friendly to me and my family. Always having a joke ready for me. He had fixed my teeth over the years and has done a great job! I love all the staff there as they are so friendly and nice. They help you every way they can. If anyone is looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go!
