Pioneer Valley Dental

I simply love this dental office. I have been going to them for the last ten years, as well as my wife and kids. Recently I have switched jobs which caused me to have a different insurance. Due to this change Pioneer Valley don’t accept my insurance. So I had to go to another dental office. I went in for a crown and cleaning. They wanted to charge me for everything up and under the sun. They wouldn’t clean my teeth unless I did a deep root cleaning. I took time off work to get my teeth cleaned which didn’t happen. My experience with this dental place was horrible and wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy.

So I called my old dental office Pioneer Valley to get a second opinion. I was advised that some of the things they wanted to treat me on was not necessarily needed. I felt like a cash cow when I went into that place. However, Pioneer Valley gave me their opinion and didn’t charge me anything. Nick took care of everything for me free of charge.

Nick went above and beyond for me at Pioneer Valley, it’s employees like him that keeps families coming back. I can’t see myself going to another dental office.

I have been going to Dr. World at Pioneer Valley Dental for many years and I have never been disappointed with the service. They go above and beyond to make sure I am comfortable and well taken care of. Several times I have had an emergency with a tooth and every single time I have called, they have told me to come right in and they get me in to see Dr. World within 15 minutes or less. They tell me I may have to wait but I always say no problem because I’m getting the best care possible. Honestly though, I have never had to wait long at all. Another thing I love about the practice is that on a couple of occasions, Dr. World has been out of the office and they still get me in with another doctor. Usually Dr. Maki who is another amazing dentist. I would recommend Pioneer Valley Dental to anyone who wants the highest quality of care and who wants to feel like they are visiting family every time they go to the dentist.

My long time dentist retired in 2010 and I wasn't looking forward to finding a dentist I could feel comfortable with. Fortunately, my wife scheduled an appointment with her dentist, Dr.World at Pioneer Valley Dental. My experience was exceptional from the moment I entered the office, from the front desk staff, to the dental team, hygienist, Dr.World and the practice manager. Myself and my teeth have never been treated so well. The professional customer care was a great change from my many years with the same dentist and my many years in the military, dealing with military dentists. I have had two visits to Pioneer Valley Dental and both visits were exceptional. I highly recommend Pioneer Valley Dental and their dental teams!!!

I used to hate going to the dentist. They always reminded me of a mechanic, just coming up with things to rip you off. I had some work friends recommend this place. I love it here. I will never go anywhere else. 13 years strong. Dr Baugh is amazing and his assistants are spectacular. I highly recommend!

I have gone to Pioneer for 25 years. They truly are a unique group of people. They not only are better than any other Dental Co I have been to in skill and knowledge but they actually CARE about their patients and all the staff are kind and professional. I do recommend them any chance I get. They are Wonderful!

The staff is awesome and Dr Broadbent is the best in the field. He is very concerned about having only the very best outcomes for his patients. My implant procedure was painless. The recovery was painless, as well! He and his staff are highly professional and make going to the dentist very enjoyable!

I have been coming here to see Dr World and Dr Kim my entire life. I have always been treated extremely well and have never had problems while getting work done on my teeth. The people that work here whether they be assistants, receptionists, or dentists are all very kind and treat all of their patients with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend them to anyone living in the area seeking out a new dentist.

Dr. Baugh has been our dentist for 7-8 years. We went from a family of 2, to a family of 6. My kids love going to him. He is so kind, and fun with kids. Love that we get a 10$ reward every 6months for our check ups.

UPDATE: one year later and I still love it!

I have never had a bad experience at Pioneer Valley Dental. Dr. Austen Broadbent is great and always explains problems and procedures in a way that is easy to understand. Autumn in the office has always been super pleasant to work with and whatever she gets paid is not enough! Everyone that works there is real friendly and makes going to the dentist not so bad. I would highly recommend this dentist/dental office to everyone.

I've been a few times now. Dr Broadbent is my dentist. He's done a fantastic job in a few teeth of mine. I would say one of the best dentists I've ever been to. The staff and facility are second to none. Clean, neat with friendly staff. As good as it gets for dentistry! Will and have recommended!
