I had my first appointment with Dr.Smith on 8/22/18 and had an amazing experience! This clinic is beautiful, modern and the staff is great. In the exam room they have tv’s on the ceiling and headphones to tune out the sounds. My assistant Daniel was very friendly. Dr. Smith took his time and explained the plan of care with me and I was a bit shocked initially with what needed to be done but felt he can help me get the smile I’ve been hoping for. I was lucky to meet Sierra and she was able to get me in for a cleaning before I left which saved me another appointment. There was a couple of other little things about this clinic that sets it aside from other dental clinics which made me very happy I chose them. The welcome note, the letter after my appointment and the little extra welcome thing that was given to me the day of my appointment. Not only these things but the genuine care of all the staff working together to give good standard of care means so much to me. Thank you Dr. Smith and staff!

Nick went above and beyond to get my son in 1 day as his permanent retainer broke. I appreciate so much how he was so kind and caring of my son and saw that he got right in to see the amazing Dr. World to make sure he wasn’t going to have problems or be in pain with loose wires in his mouth. Nick has always been so helpful in every aspect of our dental care at Pioneer Valley Dental. Our family has been patients there for 25+ years and the entire staff and Doctors are the best you will ever find. Thanks again Nick for your help and making sure my son was well taken care of!

This office has THE FRIENDLIEST staff. The lady at the front was so friendly in getting me check in. The hygienist and assistant Rachel and Campbell were amazing while working on my teeth, they gave great feedback on care for my teeth for the future. On the way out, I had to schedule an additional appointment with Yvette who was also able to give me some payment information that would be needed at my next appointment given my insurance coverage. Overall, such an amazing experience, I can’t wait to go back!

Never had I visited a dentist office that made me feel so comfortable. My first visit there and From the moment me and my wife walked in the door, nothing but smiles welcomed us. Went there in so much pain, left feeling like a champ. They took me and my wife in last minute, and made us feel like we were regulars there. Doctor World Jr is the the best, along with his assistant. Staff there, made us feel like family. Went there nervous and scared, cause i hated dentist visits, but they made me feel so comfortable, i forgot i was at a dental office. This the perfect example of how any practice should be like, medical, dental, vision, anywhere. I love, love, love this place. It's people like the staff here at Pioneer Valley Dental that makes this world a better place.

The receptionists are very helpful and greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in. The dental assistants are kind and knowledgeable and very thoughtful to the patients. I had an appointment and had to take my 2 year old and they were very accommodating to her. My dentist is very friendly and addresses any concerns I have and recommends proper treatment when necessary. They also make sure to check in and see if you're comfortable throughout the visit.

Dr. Brent Baugh has been our dentist for years. I've had lots of dental work done...from cleanings to veneers. My husband has had lots of work done also. The dentist and all of the staff have always been very friendly and helpful and, even though we've moved to Cedar City, Utah, we still come here. I am so happy I came to Pioneer Dental! I have not been to a dentist in 10 years. And when I went to another place, they made me feel ashamed for it and told me an outrageous price to be treated. Fast forward a few months. I came to pioneer dental and they treated me amazing, and worked with me on bills I do get, but they still are not as much as other place claimed. I am so happy I came there. Their team is amazing!
