My wife and I have been with Martineau Dentistry for at least 10 years, pretty much since the practice started.
Everyone, from the front office staff, to the dental assistants and hygienists to each of the dentists, is caring, professional and friendly.
We have had a lot of procedures over the past decade and really appreciate the quality of the dental work and excellent communications to help us plan for any future treatments.
I give Dr. Martineau and his staff my highest recommendation!

If I could do no stars I would believe me!! The staff is completely incompetent and lack the basic customer service skills in any successful business. They claim the reason they have no voicemail option is because the dentists encourage one on one person contact. But yet they have no “customer callback” policy to check on their new patients and review quality control. Their office only offers basic procedure services so good luck if you find out you need something extensive they just shove you off to a “specialist” to contact on your own. Most respectable facilities will assist you with that by calling that specialists and schedule that visit so you leave knowing clearly your next step in treatment. They gave my husband a bunch of “maybe it’s this or that” without X-rays. They perscribed him antibiotics but the dentists Dr. Matthew claimed he didn’t see any sign of it. They gave him a specialist referral because “it may be a root canal”. That’s a lot of “maybes for someone who has a degree. So why prescribed antibiotics it if you don’t know? There are dentist offices now that do it all with a specialist on staff. We actually got in contact with one same day with X-rays. Don’t waste your time with this prehistoric and incompetent dentist office. Waste of time and no follow through!
