After being a being a patient for 7 years, I will never return to this place again! The quality of service has definitely declined as the practice has grown. The front office and back office staff lack professionalism (especially the back office). Dr. Brent always worked on my teeth, and I was very pleased with his work over the years (I would even travel from another state twice a year for cleanings and maintenance). However, he hired another dentist and all of a sudden all of my appointments were with the new guy. My experience with this dentist was not a positive one overall. Last April began the worst experience in my entire life with a dental practice. I am so traumatized I have not been back to the dentist since. It took them from the spring to the fall to properly install a crown. My initial root canal appointment took like 5 hours because the dental assistant didn't know how to properly make a temporary crown. After several attempts, she asked someone else to do it and he was successful. The dentist never intervened when he saw the assistants struggling. As a result, my mouth was beyond sore and swollen. I have had crowns before and felt next to nothing, all performed at this location by the original Dr. Martineau. To make matters worse, a filling was also done that day on a tooth that Dr. Brent told me before could not take another filling. I explained this to the new dentist that perhaps we should just leave it alone (the drilling caused a small gap between my teeth) and trust Dr. Brent's opinion. Yet, he insisted that a new filling should be done to close the gap. As I type this review at this very moment, I know Dr. Brent was telling the truth (no more fillings on that tooth) because this tooth that was not bothering me one bit, now hurts everytime I chew on that side. The crown is still quite bothersome and sensitive too, so I have to be very careful flossing, brushing and eating. After several trips up and down the highway from 2.5 hours away, I finally got to see Dr. Brent on my last visit. He apologized, but never gave me an opportunity to voice my concerns (I guess he felt he said everything I would've said). The only compensation that was offered to me by the receptionist was a $50 credit, as if I would ever bother returning there again to use it. The gas for the multiple trips alone ( due to their mistakes/issues) was more than 4 times that! The other dentist offered an apology as well. However, he minimized the significance of it by telling me that what happened to me typically only happens once a year and I got to be that one case where they dropped the ball. Well, I have no plans to be that one for them ever again! I feel my loyalty to this practice was taken for granted. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I would recommend that anyone who doesn't want to chance being that one, find another place for their dental needs. No longer a fan!

Honestly this was my first time going here and I found it to be the best place . Front desk is nice and cooperative . I work for a medical place so I know how it goes from the back office it’s always busy and hectic but the visit was amazing from the front office to back office . This will be the place I go to for cleanings and all my dental needs.

My experience with dentist have been better as I have become better at recognizing the more talented doctors and their standard practices. Dr. Martinues’s explination of the procedures are so clear and easy to understand, but his touch over all is just excellent. He knows exactly what to do to keep you comfortable.
He once lied to me and said I may be in pain after my implants. His hand work was so good that the next day I was back to work as if nothing happened. I had no pain at all after two post were implanted into my jaw bone..
If you truly want a good experience with a knowledgeable dentist, then Dr. Martinues’s pratice is where you should go. He’s the “Best Dentist” and I feel privileged to be under his care.
