Every time I go in there to have work done that is more cosmetic in nature, the teeth I have repaired, in addition to the ones close to them, come out unrecognizable. Unfortunately, today's visit produced the same result. Dr. Crum is very nice, but I always feel like I'm on an assembly line when I go in. And per usual, after he quickly departs the room, I have to ask for a mirror, only to find that it's happened again. The tooth he repaired, used to look like the one next to it. Now, it's thinner and shorter, along with the one next to it on the other side, that shouldn't have been touched at all, but apparently was too close to the one being repaired to avoid the grinder. When I voiced my concern to his assistant after I insisted on looking at it, I was told, as I was last time this happened, that I can always come back if I decide I can't live with it. While I would like to do just that, aftee treating there for over a year now, mostly to a dissatisfied result, I won't be coming back.

If I could give this dental office no stars I would. Yes this facility is beautiful, and they have fast service, however it’s probably to help the patients have no time to process the lies they are trying to get their patients to believe. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. I have very high anxiety at the dentist, like most of us do, however this seemed to be of no concern to this office. I went in for a regular cleaning and had nothing done because they insisted I needed a deep cleaning (which I have never been told in my life) and when I told the hygienist I was very anxious and just wanted a regular cleaning and would schedule a deep cleaning later she left the room to get the dentist. I heard her outside my exam room telling the dentist I was not going to get the deep cleaning, and I was being difficult. The dentist then came in looked over my teeth never mentioned the deep cleaning instead told me I needed an implant or a bridge for a route canal I had done as a precaution in case it failed and that I had a cracked tooth. No xrays were ever shown to me to back anything they were saying, not to mention I have had no symptoms of what they were claiming. Needless to say after the dentist left I still didn’t get a cleaning, instead I was sent to the check out desk to talk about scheduling a referral for my bridge or implant, along with getting a prescription for Valium for my anxiety and to schedule for a filling and deep cleaning at a later date. In the process of scheduling a second opinion.

This dentist office is great! The entire staff is wonderful and professional. Dr Brent gave me back my smile after a terrible fall that fractured 9 teeth. He took his time but a year later it was back! Thank you!!

By far the best dentist my wife and I have been too. Dr. Martineau takes the time to explain everything and make sure everything is done right the first time. We have been patients for approximately 7 years and have no need to look for another dentist.

We have been going to Dr Brent Martineau for about 7 years. We completely trust him and love the work that he does!! We even drove from Flagstaff (we lived there for 2 years) for our dental appointments because we trust him so much!! Best Dentist Ever!! 🦷

I have been going to then since i moved to Surprise over 5 years ago and every visit is great! The staff is very friendly and every dentist i have worked with is great as well! I highly recommend them!

I've been twice. Staff is nice. First time they found many cavities. I have had only 3 in my adult lifetime ( I'm 62) so was shocked. I sent the films to my prior dentist ( she's quite far away so I'm searching for a local dentist)and she saw no cavities on the film and verified this when I saw her in person that same week.
I have a daughter who had the same experience with her spouses visit to this office. He was told he had 5-7 cavities and got a second opinion - there were 2.
Don't know what is going on.
They do awsome teeth cleaning though!
