Friendly and welcoming staff! I am a new patient and was treated like I was an established client. I didn't have to wait for months to be seen and actually had an appointment made for next day. The hygienist Linda was amazing and I was seen promptly by Dr Crum. He explained my care thoroughly, I am glad I made the switch to Martineau Dentistry!!

I haven’t been to a dentist in a few years and neither has my husband- we had the BEST experience here! I can’t remember his name but the hygienist was really awesome and so nice- explained everything he was doing, made sure it was all comfortable! The Dentist who also came in was amazing- she was attentive and friendly made sure I had no other questions before she left the room even the front desk receptionists were sweet- when we checked out they explained everything to us and made sure we understood! but all in all I’d give this place a 100/10! Never looking for another dentist!

I wish I never stepped into this office. I had a crown done, they not only made the crown shorter than the other teeth, but during the procedure they infected my gums, and the infection spread to my next tooth. After the crown was done, the dentist told me that I may feel some discomfort for a few days, and yes, there was discomfort that was followed by gradual pain which turned out to be an infection. In order to save my tooth I had to have a root canal done to an endodontist office, as they do not do root canals at their office. That procedure cost me an additional $1735. I have sent a request for a refund to Martineau’s office for both the short crown that cost me $849 and also for the $1735 I paid for the root canal. They only gave me a refund for the amount for the crown, and refused to pay for their malpractice. So I ended up with a short crown and $1735 in my care credit to pay for their mistakes. Once again, I wish I never came to this office. I will also take the time and file a complaint to the board of dentistry.

I have always loved the cleanings, but the desk staff is not up to par.
No smiles, they don't pay attention to details nor do they make eye contact.
We've lost the hospitality in so many establishments, and it has happened here as well.
