It was a tad difficult to make an appointment and it took 15 minutes to be called up to pay my bill.

I miss Dr Dunn. Also wish I had my long time hygienist back (she left) or the good replacement (she does Special Olympic stuff). Sad they no longer give the little bag of samples and a toothbrush. Dr. Parks never made it in to my exam...I was told "next visit in six months" as he passed me by three times - then started a "long procedure

Overall the experience for my husband and I in our visits here have been good here. However, we do not like having to discuss the financial aspects of our visits with everyone in the waiting room listening. The lack of privacy seems very inappropriate.

Dentist was informative as she worked on cleaning my teeth of issues and watch areas. Sanitary, but not as much as CT dentist office which had light grips and tools were all wrapped. CT office also had special tools for implants for cleaning. X-rays went well as I told them I am a gagger. Dentist Colleen was sweet and understanding.

I called and asked what it would cost me to have a filling that came out replaced they told me it would be $152.00 so I made an appointment when I got there she told me it would be $159.00 with tax. they took me in and took x rays and determined that a filling had fallen out. then they took me to another office and told me it would be another $290.00 or so. I told them the man I made the reservations said $152.00 for everything. I am on ss and only get $800.00 every month I told them to refund my money for telling me something I already knew . and not telling me the whole coast they said that I sighed for the work and would not return my money. they would not even help with my problem and that I could not come back to them for any work I will not go back anyway not very pro like.

I am so comfortable and every experience is truly painless and everyone all staff and all dentist are the most gentle and lovely ohana I have ever experienced. I would never go anywhere else. God bless all the wonderful angels that take great care of me.
