My wife made 5 visits for new dentures. Today on what was to be her final fitting they ground the bottom plate down so far trying to make them fit that the gum line was virtually non existent and then stated they didn't know what else they could do. She told them she wanted a refund and they said she would have to talk to the manager tomorrow...I hope when the manager calls it's to tell her to pick up her refund.

Aspen dental should be avoided at all cost. They not only change the quoted price for evaluation once you get into the office, but they also have no regard for your pain. They had no compassion for my husband and were very dishonest over the phone about cost (they raised the amount once we were in there!). They didn't return all of our desperate calls when he have an infection and was in pain and when we talked to them they saw the infection and refused to write a prescription for any type of pain medication. This is the old bait and switch. You have been warned!

Everyone at aspen dental champaign is very friendly and caring. I needed to get my teeth cleaned and they were able to fit me in right away. Every member of the staff that I encountered were all friendly and made the whole dental process easier.

Staff and dentist were very personable and kind. Very thorough exam. X-rays were pretty quick. My only complaint was the wait time in the waiting room and for the dentist when I was in the chair. I’ll definitely be returning!

Was drawn to this place for their new patient cleaning & xray deal. Was told I needed 3 cavities filled, one of them being a root canal. I couldn't believe I needed all of that so I sought out a 2nd opinion from a dentist who has been practicing for 30+ years and was told I just had staining from coffee drinking and one spot to watch...but NO CAVITIES! And certainly not in need of a root canal! I now drive 25minutes instead of 5 to get my teeth taken care of by a dentist who actually cares about patients and not robbing them with unnecessary procedures!

The dental staff are great, I had a great experience with Dr. D. The lab did a wonderful job. I couldn't have ask the lab for a better job. Courtney is right on top of her duties at the front desk and she needs more help. The office manage Karen leave a lot to be desired. She is rude, doesn't return phone calls, or follow through with the business at hand. I think Karen as too much responsibility that she can't handle and get her work done. Karen is so rude to her staff I hear that is why Courtney has no help, because no one will stay and work with Karen.

I went there and they told me I needed 2 fillings I said ok I got them and was in and out which was great. The place seemed decent enough doesn't seem to be the cleanest place. Afterwards the right side of my mouth was in pain I figured it would go away do to I just got 2 fillings after about 2 weeks of pain which was getting worse. And about a whole bottle of ibuprofen I called to tell them something is wrong. After getting put on hold for about 15minutes I spoke with a manager and due to the holidays I couldnt be s
een for 5 days. I was told I need to be evaluated by a doctor, the problem I have with this is last time I checked that's what I went the 1st time. I got told pretty sternly by the manager did you want the appointment or not. The reason in only giving 2 stars is purely the customer service it seems they are always to busy and everyone is waiting g longer than they should. I really hope they take responsibility on the mistake they made or mis diagnosed on my mouth. I guess well see after wed.

So they said my filling must have fell out which I dont believe so they did that again and they said that will fix the pain so we will see on that
Update 3rd visit
So the pain did not stop and it's getting worse my 3rd visit was a joke they said it's in my gums even though my tooth is killing me and they said I need to floss more which I do daily now the pain is swelling up my face in very disappointed with this place I would never recommend this place to anyone. I've initially came in with NO TOOTH PAIN to extreme pain.

Staff was warm and welcoming. They didn't make me feel bad about not seeing a dentist in a very long time. They got the job done in two days. Dr. Lee was very good.

If my teeth were falling out I would not go to Aspen. I am retired and I am not writing to advocate other dentists, only to tell you to avoid this practice unless you have unlimited funds.
The office manager must have been a used car salesman not too long ago. He was very disrespectful, marginalizing and then berated me for not complying to his bloated demand for $2,200 for 3 cavities.
Just find someplace else to go so you can still have your dignity and you won't be totally ripped off.
