This place sucks. Extremely high cost and terrible service. Their hygiene fee is extremely high and they force almost everybody to do that. All the reviews which praise their hygienist must be the fake customer. You can also find it on Internet that Aspen dental has been accused of overcharge, illegally owning dental practice and deceiving patients as well as hidden webcam in the restroom. Hope my review helps you.

Very dissatisfied with my visit yesterday. I was on time for my appointment but sat in the chair for 30 minutes waiting for the dentist to come around. I'm facing the wall and can't see what's going on behind me but I hear him washing his hands on one side of me, then drying them on the other, he comes around and starts laying me down without greeting me at all. Pulls out his tools and verifies the tooth needing fixed and leaves the room. I can hear him and his assistant talking about what needs to be done and they sound confused. Sit in the chair for another 10 minutes and I'm about to leave because they haven't even started numbing yet. Then they come and tell me how much it'll be, okay fine, but then the assistant starts telling me about my last filling, dentist who did it etc. Not sure who's chart she was reading but it definitely wasn't mine. Dentist FINALLY comes back and puts the numbing gel on but then immediately grabs a needle. um hello? what's the point of the numbing gel if you aren't going to give it time to work?! So I closed my mouth until I felt it working and then let him inject the numbing medicine. He did great work with the numbing and was fast fixing the tooth at least but the whole time I was waiting was SUPER stressful and made me so anxious I was shaking before anything was even done. Going to the dentist is bad enough.

I had an infected tooth that needed to be pulled , and I was nervous about the procedure. I told the doctor that I’d never had a tooth pulled while I was awake before. The doctor was very nice and went out of his way to explain the process, and making me comfortable. He even let me have time between injections to calm my nerves. It was a great experience.

Went in for their new client special. Said I could only have xrays and consultation on my first visit, no cleaning. After waiting 30 mins, an asst took many xrays but hardly talked to me. Hygienist and dentist were very friendly but then recommended a $1,000 cleaning! When asked if I could just get the regular cleaning they said "no" because this was now the diagnosis. I did not go in with any pain or known problems. Not sure who goes in for a $19 special and leaves paying $1k but I suppose some do. Feel like I wasted my time and money.

Not off to a good start. I called and the first available appointment is Monday, which I scheduled. The lady then said if I was in that much pain that this location took walk-ins and was open until 1 pm today. I rush over there cause I'm not looking forward to a weekend filled with pain, and they aren't even open.

I had a mini emergency dental issue (wisdom teeth with cavities causing severe pain), and Aspen Dental was able to accommodate me immediately. Within 2 days, I got them all taken out, and the procedure was quick and near painless. Overall great service and great experience!

I went in for an emergency visit for a really bad toothache. I was nervous as I do not have dental insurance and hadn’t been to a dentist in years. They got to work right away on creating a care plan for me. They didn’t shame me for my lapse in dental care or my many cavities and the prioritized removing the cause of my pain- wisdom teeth. They extracted them that day. I was floored and relieved to get rid of the source of my pain. Although unexpected tooth extraction isn’t fun, they made it as worth free as humanly possible. Prices are very reasonable.

Scheduled appt. for extraction. The staff were very friendly and the doctor and his crew were Boss! They were very informative and explained everything in "newbie" terminology which made me feel more comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend checking these guys out. You won't be disappointed.

Ugh! I spent $20 dollars to just be seen. It wasn’t much of an examination. The dentat then said, I had a dry socket and I needed some bone filed down and/or cut out (after I had a wisdom tooth previously pulled). I waited for 3 hours for the procedure. I was numbed up good, so I didn’t feel pain until today. The bone is still there and I got some kind of string in my sockets. It still hurts extremely bad. so I spent $160 dollars for nothing.
