Aspen Dental

The wait is something to be anticipated at any medical/dental office so I’m gonna skip forward
I do have couple recommendations since I’m into constructive criticism:
1- staff and doctors are all super nice, while some staff members are so caught up with chit chatting that the lady upfront forgot to get back to me with an inquiry I requested
2- listening to what someone’s concern is key in any business/office. I went there for the purpose of fixing a broken tooth. And yes I’m well aware that I have other minor problems, but was politely struggling to keep the focus on the broken tooth
3- due to my limited time in town and limited time to spare, which I had explained why to at least 2 staff members including the doctor, I couldn’t proceed with the treatment plan especially that I wasn’t getting my main issue focused on and ended up with a treatment plan regarding this specific issue way outside what I had planned for, a crown! Which I never had one before, and wasn’t explained anything about it, and required me to go at least 2 additional times, which I didn’t have time to spare for this specific visit in the first place
4- takeaway message: ask if your main issue can be addressed and fixed at the same time of the visit.
5- it’s nice to ask if the patient would like to get some service done before you do it. Even if it’s free or included, i might not want it
I was excited to do so much work with these guys back home since they have other branches in my original town, but honestly I don’t think I’m going to give them a second shot unfortunately!

After going through getting a crown for years ago that broke months before even having been there for four years, i was initially worried and upset. Not only did your office, Aspen Dental, help to fix the problem, i had a wonderful experience with it. Karneisha and Dr. Thompson have made every step of what could be a quite upsetting event into a thankful, grateful one instead. They went above and beyond what i have ever seen in a dental office in my lifetime. I am so appreciative and touched by the personal care and devotion they have both shown in taking care of me and my dental health. Thank you. Know that you have made me so very happy and have changed my opinion of your office completely. You are both unique, caring individuals and deserve all of the good life can bring.

Hi, I was referred by my son and it’s true what he said I experienced, aside form my initial waiting to have my procedure done, the staff was friendly, the cost was affordable, the Indian Dr. was lovely very professional and I am so thankful that I didn’t suffer any pain. Oh and the man in the financial department was friendly and funny. Thanks for fitting me in the very next day. I would have given 5 stars but didn’t because of the cleanliness it could use more attention.

The staff at Aspen Dental are absolutely amazing, The Dr. and all the staff were great with a sissy like me. My smile is awesome now thanks to them, I will recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. An initial visit with an emergency problem: It took quite a while to get everything done and the shattered tooth extraction was no fun (for me or the dentist) but after putting off going to a dentist for a year and having a number of unaddressed issues, Aspen-Champaign was a good decision. Records and plan of care will be readily accessible to my home
Aspen office. The people were very nice, the technology was impressive; all in all, a very positive dental experience.

Nobody loves going to the dentist but my experience was great! Holly made me feel very relaxed and I did not feel judged for having not been to the dentist in years. She put me at ease and was very encouraging and positive.

I had to have a tooth extracted and this was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. He was gentle, kind, and compassionate. I have serious dental anxiety and he made the experience so much less terrifying than any other I've had. He worked me in, got the painful tooth out and made sure i wasn't in any pain!

Used to have Aspen for all our dental needs but left them years ago. They were always billing us big amounts of copay, ended with an expensive crown that popped off twice because it wasn’t done right and that’s when we left. We’ve had Dr Kathy Eaton for years now and she is a great dentist with integrity.

I don't like going to the Dentist. Aspen Dental
has/is changing that. From the moment I walked in I was treating very well. Everyone I came in contact with were terrific. Kimberly & Jessica were very reassuring in relaxing me,
and explaining all that was happening. Dennis in finance was very helpful & full of knowledge about the procedures, not just the paperwork.
Dr. Babbar was very easy working with me, I never felt uncomfortable.
I have work being done here soon and my anxiety level is alot less because of the treatment from the Aspen Dental in Champaign, IL

I'd been having trouble with a molar on my right side, and I'd seen 2 dentists over 2 years. The first one was supposed to fill a regular cavity with porcelain filling, but he didn't fill it right and so the cavity continued to worsen. I moved to IL, and saw someone at creative smiles as an emergency because my tooth pain got worse. Big mistake! They were rude, unprofessional, and they didn't listen to me when I tried to explain what was wrong. They said all I needed was another filling (a mistake) and that made my pain even worse.

I went back to creative smiles a few weeks later and they said they couldn't tell if it was something more serious (like a root canal) and they sent me home after refusing to take my X-rays and drilling on my tooth without explaining why.

I should've gone to Aspen Dental in the first place. They were extremely caring, they listened to me recount this long story, and they did a full X-ray of all my teeth and helped me with diagnosing the problem. Turns out I needed a root canal (after all!) because my tooth was essentially dead, and they performed a pulpotomy to lessen the pain. Now my tooth is sore, but nowhere near the excruciating pain before. They also gave me a full detail of what it would cost with insurance and were patient whenever I had questions. 100% would recommend this place. They are SUPER NICE and they do great work at a relatively affordable rate. Thank goodness someone in this town does!
