Great staff. The surgery was a bit delayed, but they got me in right away once the previous patient was finished. Surgery went very well and when I called with a question afterwards, the nurse was able to adequately answer it.

Aspen Dental has by far the worst customer service of any dental practice I have been to. There is no organization, everything is in complete disarray at all times. There is no privacy, customers are asked for payment and payment type in a waiting room full of people. I would not recommend going to aspen dental, ever!!!!

I did not even get a chance to make an appointment. I was calling about cost and estimates for a bridge. When I said, I was calling to dentists in town to find the best cost for a bridge, John hung up on me. That was unprofessional, if that is how they deal with potential customers then I would not even consider making an appointment here.

Everyone I encountered was very helpful, friendly and professional. Karneisha was as gentle as possible when taking my x-rays. Going back today for follow up, hoping things go as well.

Very nice staff and remarkably I actually wasn't sure what needed to be done, they did very well in explaining the procedures.

Paige, the hygienist, was super nice and gave me everything I need to get my teeth how they should be and keep them that way. Really friendly staff, way better than any other places I’ve tried.

Went in for teeth cleaning everyone was polite and did their jobs. Great service. The Doctor was helpful and took the time to explain what may need to be done to a tooth of mine in the future.

Zero Stars!! Do not make the mistake of having dental work done at his location!!! This office billed my insurance for work that was never performed!! An incompetent dentist, Thomas Seretis, made faulty dentures, and when they caused the abutments to continue to fall out, he blamed the hospital that did the implants. The implants were checked by the hospital and they even put a temporary abutment into the implant to show him that everything was good with the implants. I came back in to have Seretis put the abutment back in, and after it took him several tries to get the temporary abutment out successfully, he said he had to order the new one, he'd call me later in the week. It's been almost 4 weeks and I now see a new fraudulent insurance claim for modification of dentures that was never done and he has never called to put back in the abutment that he took out to hold my denture in. His work is shoddy, his office manager Jen is a liar who every time I call simply says that the abutment is on order, and the office person Brittney lied directly to my face at the time they were supposed to put the abutment in and ended up ordering it. She had me sign paperwork that said something about charging me for the visit, when I said to her "there should be no charge for this visit to replace the defective abutment", she specifically said, "That's right, this is just allocating what you have already paid out for the denture". Apparently they wanted to charge for their defective work, and billed my insurance fraudulently as if they were going to modify the denture, which is fine and needs no modifications, and have not done ANY work on it , yet they fraudulently bill insurance!!! So they are waiting until they get paid by the insurance company, for work NOT DONE, before calling me back about replacing the screw-in abutment that they took out!!! Liars, thieves, fraudulent shysters!!!!

We called and scheduled an appointment. The woman on the phone could not understand anything I was telling her, and I became frustrated. We showed up the next day to be told we were scheduled for Aspen in Decatur. We live in Champaign. They made room for us to be seen, but failed to inform us our wait would be over 2 hours. The desk staff constantly babbling and gossiping.
