I had an appointment scheduled today at 8am. I had to get my two kids up and ready to go l. I had scheduled plans to stay somewhere last night but had to cancel it because I realized I had this appointment. Got there at 8am on Saturday which is when my appointment was scheduled. They only seen my appointment scheduled for the 24th which I need this appointment before the 24th to prepare for my 24th appointment. I was then told that the person who was in charge of my appointment canceled my scheduled appointment and didn’t call me or anything. So they couldn’t even get me in. What a joke.

They made me wait for almost an hour for a already set appointment. When I talked with the front desk, she was rude to me. While talking to manager about cost estimate, I happen to know that they had $285 surplus from last year's treatment. They didn't even let us know that is that amount staying in my account. If I owe them a single penny, they will make hundreds of calls. Then why not make a call and let us know that they owe us money. Really a greedy nature of Aspen Dental.

Came in to get two wisdom teeth extracted. Got there on time, and was made to wait for over an hour. When I finally went back the doctor had to ask me what we were doing…there was no place to put my belongings so I was made to sit through the entire procedure with a coat, purse, and folder in my lap. Wouldn’t go back.

The staff is really nice, however, I had asked if they would be able to have my new dentures ready in 3 days when I made the appointment. They did but felt like I was asking way to much, like I was in the way. I had 3 appointments made and not once did I see someone on time. I understand that things happen, but, my shortest wait time was 1 hour past my appointment time. I wish that if they are running that far behind that I would have been told so I could reschedule or at least have them call when closer so I didn't have to wait so long in office.

I scheduled what I thought was a teeth cleaning but was the $19 first exam. After two hours of lots of waiting, mixed with an occasional person looking at my teeth, and listening to the staff talk rudely about other customers behind me, I was told I had gingivitis and 9 cavities. I was told I didn’t have a choice about the gum treatments I didn’t want (my numbers were exactly the same as they have been since I had braces in jr. high). And the total cost would be over $3000. I scheduled my next appointment and put down a deposit for it under duress.

I went back to my original dentist for a second opinion even though they don’t take my insurance. My dentist said my gums are great and my teeth look great. I have no cavities just a filling that is cracked and needs replaced. They can replace it for less than $1000 with a stronger material and work with my insurance for me. I wish I went to them originally and didn’t have to deal with aspen dental at all.

Saved myself over $2000 and unnecessary work done by getting a second opinion!

The only good thing was I got X-rays and my deposit back for the appointment I cancelled.

Do not recommend. Will not be going back.

I was a first time patient there and waited for so long to be seen. I don't feel like some of the staff knows what's all going on or they're not listening to what you're actually saying. I felt as if they were trying to push me to do treatments all in one sitting. They also made me pay before any work was done to my teeth. There reasoning is I'm paying to stay on the schedule. The Dr was good overall though. The company to me sucks. I will not be going to this company ever again or reccomend my family members to it.

Most bizarre dental appointment I’ve ever experienced. Thankfully, it was just a consultation for oral surgery because our regular office doesn’t do surgery. Everything was dusty, making me concerned with the cleanliness. The doctor arrived without his mask on properly and barely spoke to us. We were taken up to the Practice Manager’s office. She charged us for the visit, despite being told by this office on a recording that my insurance would cover the visit cost. It appears the cost was for an x-ray that could have just been transferred from our dentist, like the new oral surgeon we have chosen has done. The manager’s behavior was so bizarre. She was very passive aggressive to her front desk employee and other staff. I felt really bad for the girls she works with, who were all super sweet. She questioned my daughter about how calm I was. So strange. And she asked for payment for further services right then, despite the paperwork she gave me saying payment is due on the date of the next appointment, which we definitely won’t be attending. As soon as we walked out, my daughter, who is never bothered with anything, said she was uncomfortable and was afraid they would remove the wrong teeth if we returned. I would highly recommend using a different dentist/oral surgeon.

I had a very pleasant new client experience at Aspen. Our regular dentist gave us general referrals and I had to do my own search. With Aspen for my son they gave a direct referral and prior client feedback- from reception to checkout the entire experience and environment made me feel like much better and more educated about the work needing to be done- so much so I’ve decided to switch dentists for me and my family!

0/10 is what I would have rated them if that was an option. Speaking from my own experience, I would highly recommend if you need anything other than a cleaning to go somewhere else. I had the most awful experience with my 3 crowns. In this case you really get what you pay for and then some. After 13 total visits for continued problems with temporary crowns popping off, gum inflammation, and a LOT of pain I finally managed to get the "permanent" crowns put on only to have them pop off one by one months after they were placed. Due to their work, I had to undergo 3 root canals, continued pain and paid thousands of dollar more to fix what was done! The staff were friendly to me, but there was one dentist who kept huffing, puffing and sighing whenever a customer was telling her what they wanted and the problems they were having with either their dentures, implants or care. You can hear a lot since you don't have any walls between you and other customers. Save your money and go to a real dentist!

My visit to Aspen Dental was pretty good. I had the rest of my teeth extracted and got some dentures. Karneisha, the dental assistant was very attentive and caring, giving me a play-by-play as to how many teeth I had remaining, and making sure I was okay along the way.
I do feel that they need to send their extraction patients home with more gauze. I had bled through everything that they sent home with me, and I was no where near home.
All and all a very pleasant office visit.
