I will highly recommend this dental practice to everyone I know. Excellent and very knowledgeable staff. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I was treated like a VIP. Everyone was kind and friendly and very easy to talk to. They put any nerve I was feeling at ease.

My wife needed to see a dentist as soon as possible so we found Aspen and we called there saying we would be late because we live 20 minutes away. The man answered the phone and said since you're on your way we will work you in even if you come in after the 15 minutes grace period. He straight up lied. So I missed work to bring her and she wasn't even seen. When we got there they recommended other dental offices.

I went in to Aspen Dental for upper dentures. I have never had dentures, so I was a little apprehensive about the procedure, and really had no prior experience on which to base my expectations or experience. I was treated very well, and the procedure was done with a minimum of pain, with absolutely no complications to this point. I can highly recommend this office, based on the treatment I had performed. I am completely satisfied, and will gladly relate the experience I had to any of my friends who are looking for dental care. The only negative comment I could make, and it's a small one, is that the waiting time is a little excessive. I understand that things can happen to put the staff behind, but on each of my visits, a long wait past my appointment time was typical before I was taken back for treatment. That being said, the care was of such a good quality that the wait time wasn't really an issue. These people treated me very well, indeed!

I came in on an emergency from an Aspen Dental office closer to my home. The closer office could not take my insurance and they rushed to get me taken care of with the office on Dixie Hwy in Louisville. They were professional and managed to shoehorn me in at the last second which was great considering that I had two teeth that were abscess and needed removal. They made every effort to even try to get my meds covered by the VA, which is where I get my medical taken care of, but they could not.
Even so, I am on the fast track to recovery from the procedure and I will be happy to go back for my dental needs, even though they are quite a distance from my house.

Went there after a tooth broke and wanted to get it pulled. After x-rays and exam by the dentist he didn't want to pull it. Wanted to do root canal and crown on very back top tooth. Said he wouldn't do it unless I had a $1400 tooth cleaning and the other services would be around $600. So after it was all said and done they had me wrote up to have over $9000 worth of services and said my part would be around $5000. When I left I asked the little girl in the office if I would owe a thing for the free exam? Absolutely not she says! We don't treat our customer like that she says! Needless to say a couple days later I had the tooth pulled for $70 and am lined up to do about $1000 more work with another office to take care of the rest of the work that needs to be done. Aspen Dental charged my insurance $48 for the visit and me $128 for xrays. I was there maybe 45 minutes. I'm gonna pay it because I'm sure their was some fine print that I didn't read that says if you dont have the service performed there you will owe. But it's definitely not a free exam. Glad I went for a second opinion! Saved alot of money and my teeth are getting fixed! The staff was super friendly! Won't go back and would never recommend them.

Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. They are very kind they do not judge no matter what your teeth look like they make you feel good about a bad situation all around I give it five stars and I will recommend my friends and family to go there and I have.

How is what you all do even allowed?!! I went to have a consultation and an appointment scheduled so that I would be able to get the lower acrylic partial that I desperately need. Going to Aspen Dental with that being the ONLY service that I sought after, as I have had my regular dental work done else where and on a routine basis, I feel like I have been conned out of an extremely large sum of money that I don't have to give away for services that I do not give consent to! I ended up being deceived into signing a contract which obligated me to pay back approximately $3,500 for services I did not expect to receive or know about until after they were completed.
I am paying back money for Flouride, 2 crowns, 1 root canal, and other services I did not expect to receive. To add to that, I felt like I was forced into signing an agreement for a CareCredit account, which the amount will only increase as I am aware of how interest works. I am so sorry that I was not knowledgeable about this ahead of time!! All I wanted was my partial, as I had lost my partial previously, and I need this badly. To you all, this may seem like just "another customer complaint", but you people do not know the very real emotional havoc that has been wrought on me because of this - my hair has begun to fall out because I've stressed out over this so badly, this money has been robbed from me. I should not have been paying any more than $800.
I wish someone would have had the decency to spell what they were doing to me out. I wish I would've known better than to have gone here, I regret it so bad, and I will continue to work on fixing this! This has to be investigated because this can't be right!!!
