Aspen Dental

I called because I had a toothache and made an appointment to see about an extraction. I get there and first they don’t take my insurance, I think I should’ve been told that upfront, then I get a payment worked up for right at $7000, they were more interested in what else they could do for me then my problem at hand. Don’t get me wrong, they were all very nice and pleasant, every one of them were, so when it came down to it, since I’d already suffered through the weekend, I asked them to just help me with the problem tooth, $468 and some change to extract, that’s a little much for me. Needless to say I didn’t get anything taken care of and left there with more pain from them poking around in there.
All this could’ve been avoided at start.
I don’t think I’ll be returning there, it may work good for others but I feel they are a little too pricey for me.

The atmosphere in Aspen was so amazing and i felt welcomed! It wasn't a long wait to be seen for my appt and the dentist not only let me know what was going to be taken care of , but he showed me as he explained in detail. This yr has been so different due to covid so it was warming to feel comfortable in a clean place!

If I could give zero I will, the lady in the reception is. So rude don’t respect patient and canceled my appointment without letting me after driving 35min to get to see the doctor NOT recommended at all

Aspen Dental helped me get my smile back. As my teeth had crumbled apart due to treatment for cancer, they have been wonderful at helping me. They helped with the right insurance. And helped will a payment plan that fit my low budget. They do work with you.

I had my first visit with Aspen yesterday, and I was nervous about the cost for implants. They were really great about giving me options for lowering my cost, and most of all the staff were so friendly. I would recommend the Dixie Hwy office to everyone. Thank you guys so much, see you soon or when I get my money together😀 ❤

They were very friendly and welcoming. I had a piece broken off of my fixed bridge, but they could not fix it in place, but not their fault. They got me back quickly, examined it and let me know what I needed to do.

Every thing was good up till the time they
showed me the teeth that was going in
my dentures. The teeth were dirty looking
not white like my old dentures was. I asked
for white teeth but they said the dirty looking
ones was all they had. You would think if l
wanted white teeth at a detal place l should
get them. I'm sorry but l don't like the dark ones.

I really don’t like Going to the Dentist but I felt welcome relax and anxiety did not kick here very pleasant place and will make this my new home Dentist thanks 🙏🏽 everyone

Very courteous and friendly relaxing atmosphere. The doctor and staff make sure your comfort comes first. Affordable. My first exam was free and they offer payment plans.

Aspen Dental is not very accommodating I'll consider it the tea that they made to replace the ones that they pulled out I'm very uncomfortable I still don't wear I'm months later I told them that they needed to be redone but I guess they don't do that I guess they got upset because I missed a couple of appointments but I told him when I first started going to them to make my appointments as early as possible because I work at night and once I go home and keep calm. Do I fall asleep but they wasn't very accommodating with that either they definitely did not finish the work if they were contracted to do I still have feelings that need to be feeling I guess I have to spend more money and go somewhere else bad as the economy is I hate spending money for something for service and I get very little of what I paid for but this most American companies nowadays they want the money but they don't want to do the job are they wanted their way what if they wanted Dove way then they should pay for it
