Best dental experience I have ever had. And I’ve had my share thanks to my Scottish ancestors. My best friend recommended Aspen Dental to me when I needed a good referral fast and they did not disappoint. As soon as I walked in the door I could feel the relaxed, but focused vibe about the place. I Immediately felt at ease which was the exact opposite of what I felt the night before as I was freaking out about my appointment. This review could be very long describing every situation I encountered there, but just believe me when I say- they are amazing. I had Dr Graham & KendalI and they along with everyone else I encountered were all amazing.
I highly recommend Aspen Dental on Dixie.

This was my first visit. I had exams , xrays , a cleaning and a molar extraction. I was very pleased with my service. Doctors and staff were very knowledgeable and very prompt. They made sure my comfort and any needs I had were met. They were courteous and friendly and thorough. It was a very clean office and I noticed how they kept santitizing all the equipment above and beyond the average. The doctor did a great job of numbing the area and did not rush through the procedure. He made sure all my questions were answered and discussed it all very thoroughly before he began. I was amazed that I felt no discomfort during my tooth extraction. I also noticed that they use all the latest technology and equipment. Thank you Aspen Dental !

They are and have been very dedicated to seeing that all is well with me, and that's very important. They make me feel as though I was their only customer, even though I know I am not. They genuinely care about their patients and go the extra mile with follow ups and dedicated service. I am so glad that I chose Aspen Dental. Great job Aspen Dental.

Disappointing. Called to the back a half an hour after my appointment time. The staff was friendly, especially the tech. Took x-rays and was placed in a room. Waited another 45 minutes for the dentist who was with me all of 10 minutes. Was told there was not a hygenist on site and I'd have to make a secondary appointment when I ask when my cleaning would start since it was already 30 minutes after closing time. A total of 2 hours to not even get a cleaning.

Not a long wait. Answered all my questions. They did Mis-estimated my insurance settlement so I owed money I was not expecting to have to pay. But I like the practice

The entire staff (support staff, techs, and doctor) were friendly and professional. I had never been there, and came in with a problem; I got an appointment the same day and my tooth was fixed at that appointment. Dr Graham was thorough...I will continue to use them for all of my dental needs. Thank you

I feel like I was lied to several times. On Wednesday I called the office where the original teeth were made.I was told that if I could be at the Dixie Hwy. office by 9:30 the next morning, they would be able to have the teeth repaired by 12:30 that day. A few teeth had come apart from my uppers. I drove across town and was told that the technician would not be there until the next Wednesday. They called the other office in Louisville and told me there was nothing they could do for me. I asked if there was an office across the river in Indiana. She said yes and checked it and said that I should go right there, telling me that there would be a $112 charge. When i got there they told me that the cost would be twice that. She eventually discounted the price to $168, but this is still outrageous for a ten minute repair. I will not be recommending you to others. The only redeeming issue was that the teeth seem to be fixed at this point in spite of all the runaround it took to get it done.
When they read the above review, they texted me to call them and discuss it. I was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. These people are not service oriented.

I had a great first experience today at the Aspen Dental on Dixie Highway. The receptionist and office staff were very nice when I walked in. Kennady did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Graham was very nice as well, I could tell that he really cares about making his patients feel comfortable and welcome. I was nervous to go to the dentist as first because I haven't been in a few years, but I am actually looking forward to my next visit!

Had a new patient consult visit. Appointment was at 10:15am. I got there about 10:02am. I ended up leaving at 12:30 (walked out) after not being seen by a dentist. Not sure if they went to lunch, but no updates from staff or anything.. just sat in the back room waiting. I did have my xrays done a little over an hour into waiting in the lobby. The dental assistant was very kind and personable, I will say. I called today and I am glad I'll only be charged for xrays, but man, I had higher hopes for this place. Just my experience. Hope the person considering going here as a new patient has a better one.
