I had an appointment for a filling set for 7am because I got off of my shift overnight. I checked in about 6:40am and wasn't told until about 8:30am that was a mistake with scheduling my appointment. I made this appointment for about a month prior. It was set for a filling but somehow it was set as a "denture repair". The day of the appointment I waited almost 2 hours to find out that the appointment was scheduled incorrectly and that I would not be able to have the filling performed. The staff is nice but the lack of communication and scheduling error is not professional.

I am a patient of Dr. Graham at the Dixie Highway office in Louisville. If you want skilled care, fair pricing, and a caring compassionate staff, come to this office. They are never too busy to help when you need it. Aspen does not own the individual dental offices, the dentists do. So don't judge all by a bad review of one. Look for reviews of the office you plan to visit. This one is a great place for your dental care.
Update: Wish I had never gone there. It has been a year of pain and poor fit, every time they make an "adjustment" it gets worse. I was made promises that were never kept so I don't think I will go back. I am probably going to have to get an attorney just to get my money back so I can get it done right. My insurance will not pay for new dentures for 5 years, I am 70 so I don't have years to waste.

Terrible treatment team. They gave me a trainee student to extract my tooth that could have been fixed with fillings. She was very rough and aggressive and couldn't extract it. They had to call in another nurse to do it. Bunch of useless losers

Highly professional, spotless clean office, and my hygienist was very gentle. Also got my teeth whitened and they were able to remove years of coffee and nicotine stains. Highly recommend!!!

So first time at Aspen Dental, been seeing them on TV and all over social media and figured I'd try them out so went for my bad tooth and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with big smiles and soft "hello's" the staff there were super nice and sweet, considering that I was extremely nervous but they took care of me and just all around 10/10. Didn't know they had a small TV while you're waiting in the chair lol I was about to fall asleep it was so comfortable 😴
