Had my first appointment scheduled for over 2 months cancelled because I didn't respond to a voicemail. I was told that they needed a voice confirmation for the appt., then why did i get a text asking to confirm?
I will not be rescheduling with them ever!

I LOVE this location! The staff is so friendly, helpful and informative! This appointment I had to take my 15 month old daughter with me, though she stayed in her stroller, I felt like there was so much support while I was being seen. She stayed right by my side and enjoyed the interaction with the staff. Iām hoping she remembers this when it is her time to go to a dentist. š¤š¾ They had me in and out so quickly, I seriously could not have asked for more.

This place is a joke all they want is to scam you out of money, I was told my first visit and xrays were free...come to find out they charged my insurance anyway and lied about it....they just kept throwing numbers and prices at me like I was at a used car dealership, and the prices they quoted me are almost 4 times higher than a 5 star DMD in the Crestwood area who has a private practice (and whos equipment doesn't have rust all over it, unlike Aspen on Dixie) for the same exact procedure. This place is a rip off and a scam. And everyone else I have spoken to that has used them in the past says the exact same.

I had my bi-annual cleaning yesterday, along with my first ever tooth whitening.
The cleaning was great; the hygienist took her time and was gentle.
The whitening was great as well, same lovely woman who cleaned my teeth did the whitening procedure. She made sure I was as comfortable as I could be (I've learned that having your teeth whitened is a bit uncomfortable and somewhat painful at the end of the session). She stayed with me through the whole duration and we both celebrated the success of the treatment. As of this afternoon, 24 hours later, my teeth are still pretty sensitive but they are the whitest I can ever remember seeing them.
With my wedding just around the corner, I'm thankful I trusted Aspen with my smile.
