I’ve been wanting to switch dentist for years and finally made the switch and wish I would’ve done it sooner!! After getting the paperwork figured out (spent an hour filling out paperwork online prior to the appointment but it did not go through for some reason - but they felt so bad they gave us a little gift for the inconvenience ) everything has been great so far!

The staff at McLaren Dental are beyond exceptional. I have had years of dreading going to the dentist. Finally I have found a place where I feel comfortable. Not only do they take the time to make you feel comfortable and are very through in procedures the follow up with customers is amazing. Love this place!

I've been looking for a good dentist, not only for myself but for my family as well. I've got two little ones and I had such a hard time getting my 4 yr old in to see the dentist- not because my daughter was scared or anything like that but because a lot of the places I'd been to said they would not accept her as a patient because she was "too young".
When I came to this building and my whole thought of the dentist had been flipped I asked if I could get my kids in just to at least have a dentist even if they couldn't be seen- however they told me to bring in not only my 4 yr old but said they would also like to set up a relationship with my 1 yr old as well!!!!
They were nice, patient, made sure I was as comfortable as possible, quick, and thorough. They took me back took pictures- showed me any problem areas they were concerned about. The assistant made note of everything I said down to my sensitivity to cold and even went so far as to rinse my teeth without putting the water directly on my teeth (I've never had anyone to actually listen and make sure that I was not in pain). Even when the actual dentist came in at first I thought he was a bit cold- however he was just super focused and thorough.
I love this dentist and now I finally have one and I'm not looking for anything else

Rex had a fall and broke off his front tooth. Dr. Charles and his staff checked for bone and nerve damage. They were thorough with the explanations of what they were going to do and what Rex needed to do. It was a real artistic production of the part of the missing tooth. We were very pleased. Thank you to all.

They were great! My two year old loved it and his sister was so jealous when we got home and showed her the videos that she was crying that she wanted to go too. Mind you, she absolutely hates brushing her teeth. The hygienist said during the visit it was her first day, but I would have never known because she was so friendly and knowledgeable. Apparently the computers had been down all morning too, but they were still on time with my appointment and I would have never known if I wasn’t told. They are friendly and it is easy to get an appointment for a convenient time.

I choose to go with them for my Invisalign procedure and I have since almost completed the whole process. Very professional especially when it came to scheduling due to my job and working out of town a lot. They have always been able to get me in and work around my schedule.
