Easy to setup an appointment. The dental hygienist answered all my questions, while providing a option to further improve teeth cleaning. Very easy to schedule my next appointment. Including a text message reminder with date and time. An excellent visit.

Very professional, clean, and efficient. I felt a little rushed when I was there. I inquired about some whitening treatments when I was there and I was ready to buy them but they kind of just sent me home with a pamphlet. I was also told when I made the initial appointment (new patient) that if I came in for my exam and x rays, they would get me in sooner for an appointment as an established patient for a teeth cleaning. However, I wasn’t given a new appointment , just told they would call. Now im waiting 3 months to get in for a cleaning, and therefore to get those whitening treatments.(hopefully they call). I got called the wrong name at first, but the dental assistant apologized at least 3 times and she was very sweet and quirky. I did like the experience overall. They call a lot. I got called and asked to move my appointment sooner 2x (two separate days) and another time to confirm my appointment.

No one enjoys visiting the dentist. At McLaren Dental you're treated like family in a sense. The staff is always nice and very helpful. It's aways so impressive that the staff remembers you and things you share about your family and work. Needless to say the dental treatment is First Class and aways done with care.
