Easily the best dentist office have visited in Midland in my recent search for a new dentist. Everyone is incredibly nice & helpful every visit from the Secretary to the dentist & dental assistant’s to the payment people on the way out which is hard to find these days. They also aren’t just jamming their hands and needles in your mouth with no regard like a lot of places just trying to get work done and get their money.

10/10 would recommend. The staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful whenever I have to come in. For my most recent visit, the dentist gave me a free fluoride treatment since I am unemployed currently and didn't have the money for it this time. One of my other appointments for cavities, one of my front teeth was wearing away and was half gone and he molded the piece that was missing for me so now it looks like nothing happened. They are fantastic.

They helped me with new dentures and made sure they fit perfectly. I moved and saw a dentist in my new town. The experience was terrible. I now travel 2 hours one way just to go here. Dr Charles is the best! His brother isn’t too shabby either lol

I needed a new dentist after moving back to Midland. With Covid restrictions, I wasn't able to get opinions in person, and turned to internet reviews. Like many others, I found the Doctor and his staff to be warm and friendly. The office is clean and welcoming, with Covid precautions being practiced. They are patient, don't make you feel rushed, and thoroughly answer questions. Normally I am super nervous going to a dentist, but this dental team had me at ease. I would definitely recommend them!
