This was my first visit for a second opinion on a possible root canal issue. I was given a free consultation along with a free x-ray and Dr. Charles explained what he saw from the x-ray and suggested I see an endodontist. Everyone in the office was pleasant and efficient. I’ve made appointments for myself and my husband for cleanings in April and if all goes well, which I’m sure it will, McLaren Dental Associates will become our new dentist since our current dentist is retiring.

This was my first dental appointment in 2+ years and the entire staff (clinical and administrative) was thoroughly attentive to my needs. Drs. John and Charles (twins btw) were very patient, answered all my questions, and gave sound advise regarding my treatment. Both hygienists Rachel and Angie had great chair-side manners and made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The financial coordinator Zac correctly reviewed my policy and prepared a detailed and comprehensive treatment plan.
Having worked in the dental industry for almost a decade, I can recognize quality care and McLaren associates are it!

I was extremely happy that they were able to give me a same day appointment. The staff was very helpful and courteous, being in pain is no fun. When I arrived I was immediately escorted into an exam room and we briefly talked about my situation and history. Unbeknown that one of their team members (Zack) was able to get my CBCT scans from another clinic within minutes, I was truly impressed. Dr. John was able to review my scans and do a brief examination. He discussed my diagnosis (throughly)with me which really put me at ease. I was really afraid that I was going to have to have a few teeth removed, but he told me that we are going to try to save them as long as possible. Looking forward to my next visit.

All of the staff at McLaren Dental were extremely friendly. They were very helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. Someone was going around cleaning counters door knobs and tables between visitors. Made me feel very safe. Excellent work!!

Be careful when u go there. Ask about out of network insurance. They don't tell you and at the end they charge you full price. When u find out and complain they tell you u should have asked. Un honest to the patient. Don't recommend going there.

My experience with MCLAREN Dental Associates has been absolutely refreshing! I will admit to lack of professional dental care due to inability to get dental insurance. After a consultation and a single visit, my teeth already look amazing and I am receiving a major dental change within the week.
I have found my forever dental team.
Doctor John is amazing with his work. The assistants are very knowledgeable and extremely kind/friendly.
Added note: I was not in pain for one second of my appointment and it was quite extensive.
My only regret is not being aware of McLaren Dental Associates much sooner!

They are always right on time for appointments. You aren’t left in the waiting room waiting far beyond the start time of your appointment, which of course is great. Excellent quality of care from a very knowledgeable team. They’re always happy to answer any questions. The staff is incredibly nice. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist!
