Went in as a new patient, had nerve pain in teeth. They found my problem, recommended a specialist (As my molar is too far back for them) and prescribed antibiotics to kill a cavity. They gave pricing options for pulling my tooth, and fixing/crowning it.

I have a big fear of dentist caused by past experiences. I knew I was having issues with a tooth so I googled local dentists and read the reviews and had to try McLaren Dental Associates. I have been there twice so far and both times my experience has been great! Very friendly staff and hygienist’s. I felt absolutely no pain during my procedure including the shots for numbing. Very clean, friendly, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

A few years ago I had a bad experience with another dentist office and have dreaded going ever since. That completely changed when I found McLaren Dental Associates. Everyone from the office staff, to hygienists, to the doctors are extremely friendly making you feel welcome and at ease. First visit to this office. Excellent! Office environment is clean. Receptionist was very welcoming. Angie, my hygienist, was terrific. Explained all that was going on throughout every step of process, actually checked for mouth, throat & thyroid issues! Dr. McLaren was thorough in his examination. Discussed results of x-rays and only suggested work that needed attention, as well as that which could wait. Great first experience!

I have the biggest fear of the dentist and I walked in having a panic attack and I left with a smile on my face. To all of my fellow dentist phobia people, this is the place to go if you have one. Lexie who works at the Bay City office is one of the most kind and caring people I’ve ever met. She genuinely cares about you and how you are doing at the office and outside of the office. She is a 5 star person and is incredibly kind through and through. Dr. Charles listens to my fears and is so gentle and genuinely cares about them and does everything in his power to make me feel at ease and comfortable. I broke a tooth and Lexie got me in the next day. About an hour after my appointment I broke another, I was back in the office the same day. Dr Charles was so kind and since the tooth needed work but nothing could be done that day, he smoothed down the tooth & then didn’t even charge me. He knew I was struggling and it was the kindest gesture. The staff at both offices make you feel like your a part of their family. I will never go to another dentist office ever again. Thanks to this office I now can take impressions, have a root canal, get a teeth cleaning without being in a full blown panic attack. If you’re looking for a dentist, look no further this is the dentist office you’ve been looking for and will never consider going anywhere else after first visit!
