So far so good. I went in for a consultation and got the news I expected. Very polite and upfront.

This place was very good until they deferred me because I got upset that they wouldn’t take my care credit card for payment!! I have an abscess tooth and they wouldn’t even write me a prescription for the antibiotics so I could proceed with these people. They accused me of throwing a chair which was a lie and deferred me as a patient after my first visit!! I give them no stars for this

Seems to be scheduling issues. 2nd time in a month that Aspen dental rescheduled as the last minute. Today the dr wants to leave early!! This is very frustrating as this appt in needed before 2021 ends!

Amazing 👏. Apsen Dental made me feel like an actual person and not just a number. They were careing in my dental needs. Listened to all of my worries. Talked about my options. Made me feel like I was well taken care of from the office all the way to the doctor. I have panic and anxiety so I hate the dentist. But not here I was very comfortable. They made me feel like I was thier top priority. When it came down to numbers at the end they helped me figure out my best care plan going forward. Its definitely worth a shot to check out if you have great teeth to very bad teeth. They care and they let you decide what kind of care you would like.

Dr. Kahn and his crew rock. I have been going to this location for a few years now, and I have zero complaints. The team is always so friendly, and all the dental work I have received has always been successfully executed. Prices are affordable here, and this is coming from someone who does not have dental insurance. If you are shopping around for a dentist, make an appointment here. You will definitely be taken care of!

After reading some of the reviews and claims, I was a little weary. Either some were great, or others seemed iffy; so hard when choosing a location. Ultimately, I can only speak for myself. I also reccomend that people use their best judgement and take my review into consideration. Ultinately, I chose this place because of a friend's reccomendation who had also gone here.
I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years, have cavities, and also experienced partial tooth loss. Part of the reason why I waited so long was due to the invasiveness aspect [due to trauma], general anxiety of procedures, and having a rough go with multiple jobs / no insurance. I am now at a place in life where I can take care of medical-related things, and knew the time had come after a solid week of little sleep and popping pain meds to help with the soreness. It was beginning to be very hard to foxus at work with constant headaches!
I set up an appointment after asking questions from my friend sibce she had similar issues to my own. I went in, and felt nothing but comfortable from start to finish. The office ladies were a delight, and as a new patient, I was impressed at the level of care and precations taken during the pandemic. [Side note : the Disney figurines in the office made it easier since I'm a big fan anyway lol]. Personally, even with the financing and the procedures that needed to be done, I had an idea of whay to expect, so I can't speak for those who have made previous claims on here. With my insurance, I felt things were reasonable considering the extensive care I needed. I was never pressured into anything and would be asked if I was interested [ex. The oral cancer screening]. I was also advised to get an electric toothbrush, which works WONDERS [got from Target].
My experience was very informative and educational fron the standpoint of A.] New patient, B.] Knowing how bad my mouth already was, C.] the staff treating me like a person. Being a performer in the area, it was super important to feel like I was accepted and they genuinely wanted to help me look and feel great!
I am also writing this after getting two teeth pulled that were causing my lots of pain. The process was a little scary, but Dr. Kahn and the assistant were very careful and did exactly what was needed to keep me calm and safe while the extractions were being done. I even spoke to tbe office manager afterwards about managing the bill, and she was nothing but nice.
Overall, I woyld reccomend this place to anybody! Keep in mind to get there early as reccomended and do your paperwork online if you can. This just makes things flow a little easier.

Very friendly I was very comfortable not like other Dentist. Finally found a dentist that cares about the patient. It's been a long time since I've felt that comfortable and relaxed. They all have a great sense of humor which is a must to keep the patient feeling good.

Beyond amazing. My teeth are horrible to begin with, but in this case upper left wisdom tooth had cracked off and fractured. Throbbing pain, headache, and swollen gums. Able to extract the same date, and making me not only feel better, but able to get back to work. A+ rating.

My husband went here to replace his top dentures. He started the process in January and received his dentures in March, after 2 cancellations from Aspen (dentures not done) and one rescheduling by us (work). When he finally received the dentures, they didn't fit and he was unable to eat. The dentures also didn't look like the top of the line ones he had paid for, rather like a cheaper kind ( they offer 4 different styles). The dentist rudely told him to get used to the dentures and they could line them, which didn't help. My husband told them that he wanted to get his money back, since they advertise a money back guaranty. After the manager argued with him on the phone and told him he couldn't get a refund, my husband made another appointment with them, at which time he pointed out to them that the dentures were nothing like what he paid for and they refunded the money to us, but he still doesn't have new dentures. Complete waste of 2 months and multiple times taking time off work. We do not recommend Aspen Dental.

Great experience. They were quick and friendly and got some cool technology I haven't saw before. Felt like they know what's up with the teeth.
