Worst dental experience of my life! I have a crown that broke on my front tooth a few years ago that I’ve had temporarily repaired many times in the past. I changed insurance so my old dentist is no longer in-network so I decided to give Aspen a try. Service was perfectly friendly ( although it is very methodical to get people in and out quickly) up until the dentist came in. He was very rude and only offered 1 option to address my issue, of course to schedule an appointment to have the crown completely redone ( which eventually needs to happen) He was okay with me walking out the door with half of a front tooth, so I asked to have it temporarily patched (I mentioned to him to fix it like my previous dentist had done many times ). He said to me very condescendingly “I’m not sure how to do that and I don’t know how he did that, so I would recommend you go back to him”. That’s when I said I was done here and waited to get walked out. I was leaving with half of a front tooth either way so I’m going to find somewhere more deserving to get paid to have my crown redone. This place is all about making money quickly so I would question the quality of the work they perform as well (especially when a dentist told me he didn’t know how to do something). I will NOT be going back and would NEVER ever, ever, ever recommend anybody to go here!!!!

By far the best and most informative dental experience I've ever had. The staff was all smiles and polite, the dentist gave me honest information and didn't try to get me to save anything that was too damaged to just to make money. The clinic manager went over all of my options and finances before I left, I will never go anywhere else ever again, and it's an hour drive for me

Please, please, please stay away from this dental office. I went in for a broken tooth after a filling had fallen out, and they also ‘found’ evidence of periodontal gum disease, a tooth that needed a filling, and a tooth that needed a crown. I was told I needed to have a ‘deep cleaning,’ which just didn’t sit well with me. I am only 31 years old, I take good care of my teeth and have never had any real issues at any of my previous dental offices. Not only did this deep clean procedure add $1200 to my bill, they also refused to do a standard cleaning after I asked simply because ‘they can’t do that.’ It was a HUGE red flag - isn’t some sort of cleaning better than no cleaning at all? Apparently not here.
After reading all of the horrible reviews on the Better Business Bureau website, Google, and another review site, I found that this is something very common that Aspen Dental does. There were tons of people that were also told had gum disease and needed a deep clean, but after getting a second opinion, actually did NOT have it. I decided right then that I needed to get a second opinion before I went through with anything, and I am SO glad I did...
I went to a different dental office 2 days later, gave them the exact x-rays Aspen Dental had done, and I definitely did NOT have gum disease or bone loss like they had claimed; I didn’t even have gingivitis. Further, I did NOT need a crown, nor did I need a filling - they completely made it all up just to get more money out of me and my insurance. Aspen Dental wanted to perform $3000 (after insurance) of work that I didn’t even need.
The employees, while very friendly, were all trying to pressure me into these dental procedures, specifically the deep cleaning, saying I needed to have that procedure before I did anything else because the amount of bone loss I already had was irreversible and would lead me to lose all of my teeth. My new dentist told me if I were to have gone through with this cleaning, it would have caused me significant problems down the road.
PLEASE do your research before going here. They over diagnose, upsell, overcharge, and put your teeth and smile in danger of having even worse problems down the road. They are only looking to get as much money as they possibly can and they don’t care how they have to do it. BEWARE!!!

When I showed up to appointment, I did tell the receptionist what insurance information I had previous to the appointment. I was told they didn’t take my insurance but the first appointment would be free. When I showed up the receptionist tell me my appointment would be nearly $300 and that the free first appointment is only if you don’t have insurance. She also said this was a private business. This would have been helpful information as I was giving them my insurance information prior to the appointment... not sure if I was intentionally mislead or not but it really was a giant inconvenience of a morning for me because of this mistake. When I called back the scheduling listed number, did the same thing took my information asked me to hold briefly and, to add insult to an injury they hanged up and never called back.

The payment plan is right I qualified and I am on a fixed income I would highly recommend aspen dental to everyone. I've only just began and can't wait to have my procedure complete.

Just had teeth cleaned and it was great. No pain after like other offices I've visited. Have had work done here as well and have always been happy with the friendly staff and dental work(fillings and crown). No overselling of work if my teeth need work they let me know. I guess I have no one to blame but myself for letting it happen. Overall great experiences every time I am in.

I made an appointment here. I spoke with the staff on at least 2 separate occasions. I was informed that they did not accept my insurance (which was fine) I was told that the initial exam would be free, since I was a new patient, and I would have to pay for the cleaning out of pocket. I showed up to my appointment and they said that since I have insurance that they do not take, my appointment would be $219. Absolutely ridiculous. I was told on more then one occasion that there would be no cost for my appointment today because they were doing a “new patient special”. Needless to say, I told them to cancel the appointment and left. Very misleading, would not recommend.

From the first phone call, I was provided excellent service. I had been to a couple places priori and had not received anywhere near the care I have had here. Ashley and all the ladies have been wonderful. Needing to have dentures has been a very hard process physically and emotionally. Aspen Dental met all my needs above expectations. The pricing is the best I have found and the best quality that I have found and believe me, I shopped around. I would recommend them highly and believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that you won’t be disappointed, unless you want to be.
Thanks Aspen Dental!!
