We just moved into the area and I broke my tooth and with COVI-19 most Dental offices were either closed or not accepting new patients.
Then Aspen Dental said they could get me in the day I called, but I opted for the next day. Plus I was told the initial exam was free!
Aspen Dental is up on technology, to start off the receptionist handed me a sanatized tablet to input my personal information and medical history. I'm used to poorly xeroxed copy of a form to fill out.
I then headed back with the imaging person. She did the 360° and a whole bunch of digital x-rays of my teeth. Then off to the exam room and she is running this machine around my teeth (what the heck). Much to my surprise the screen next to me had images of my teeth and I could even see my broke tooth clear as day cool! (Sorry don't get out much to modern dental offices)
Then dentist came in checked my gums and poked around the trouble areas the x-rays showed. Then said this is what you need done and showed where my problems were. She was pleasant and I found her very likeable.
Then off to the billing and things aren't cheap but the cost is comparable to my old dentist. They have everything laid out with the costs of each procedure. So I set up to get the broken tooth fixed for starters and see how that goes.
So far I enjoyed my experience at Aspen Dental and I don't like going to see dentists. That probably why I need all this work done, but now I know what I need done and what it will cost. Every one I dealt was very professional and pleasant.

First time going here but everyone was so kind, helped me with everything I came there for, and worked with me on cost of all the things I need. Best customer service I’ve experienced at a dentist so far!

My husband has had nothing but bad experiences here, had a tooth pulled and left some of it? What the heck?? And they couldn't finish the job because he was "Running late" for the next patient? How about take your time and care with the person ur with instead of being rushed. And they "had" to schedule him a week from now to fix it. I'm very disappointed.

My family and I just moved into the area and found Aspen Dental in our insurance companies listing. The staff is BEYOND friendly. After just 2 visits they knew our names (2 names are very unique). They have a VERY happy family as lifetime customers.
My kids love coming in to have their teeth taken care. Now how rare is that? The dental techs are great to talk to and joke with while they are busy taking care of you. It's totally awesome!
Bring your family here. Come in and have your teeth taken care of. You will love this place!

I went to the st. Cloud office. I feel like the doctor did Not do much at all. He poked at all of my teeth, and told another person weather or not they were present or needed extracting. He did not even shine a light in my mouth or check my cheeks or anything else for that matter. He literally did nothing but say what I already knew. That all my teeth were present but the 2. 100% pointless of having him even come meet me. The dental hygienist and xray persons were quite nice. I liked them. The front desk were pretty awesome as well. Overall, I will NOT be going back to this office.

I don't even want to give one star for Aspen Dental. I started going to Aspen Dental in 2015. At first they were very nice. I had a cleaning, and the doctor came in a told me what he thought. I spent $1,700 for two crowns, fillings, and other stuff that was needed for treatment, which was fine, because I knew I needed some work done. However, I was allowed to test out my crowns for a week with temporary glue, but when I came back for the permanent glue; they could not get my crowns off - neither the assistant nor Eli Kahn could remember if they put permanent glue for temporary glue on my crowns. This is when things started heading down hill. I came back six months later for a cleaning and I was told that I would have to pay for my cleaning because my insurance would not cover it (my insurance covers two cleanings a year, so I was not paying for that if it was supposed to be free). The assistant, Jocelyn, was so rude, and said that I had, had two cleanings in 2015, which I had not! She pulled up my chart right in front of me and it even showed that I didn't have two cleanings in 2015! And then she proceeded to say that she wasn't working here in 2015, so it wasn't her problem......... I left. A few months later, my lovely crown (they put in) fell out while I was eating food, which I didn't know until I bit into it. I went back and they permanently glue both of them in. I thought to myself I would give them one more chance to win me over... I went a few months later for a cleaning - in May of 2016. The assistant, Jocelyn - again was rude, like last time. She took x-ray's, super uncomfortable, she then also told me that I have severe bone loss and that I need this special cleaning; root planing. Eli didn't even look in my mouth, and just looked at the botched x-rays, I was fuming mad in my chair with the how rude she was and the dentist didn't do squat. The manager or whoever said this special procedure would be $1,200! That was my last straw.
I now go to Persona Dental, and they are currently and still are fixing the mistakes Aspen Dental made! Persona Dental staff are lovely and very nice! Not only did my new dentist say that I have absolutely NO bone loss, they also have to fix some of the fillings that Aspen Dental made!
Horrid place to go. If you like it and they are great to you - then good, but if they try giving you a bill for more than $1k, get a second opinion!

The best part of my dental experience was how friendly and helpful everyone is, also I liked the financing that's available to me not having insurance I was able to do all my dental needs at once with financing. Don't know if others have experienced this with other dental places but they nickel and dime the heck out of you and treat you like cattle, herd you into a room where 15 other patients are receiving treatment no privacy. I have and will continue to send people to aspen dental where your treated with respect and understanding. Thank you staffers at aspen dental Kelly

Aspen Dental in St Cloud was a very nice place to have work done, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, I do not like going to the dentist at all - but they made me feel very comfortable.
