I had to get an emergency wisdom tooth removal and though Aspen dental wasn’t the place I need to go they had to send the referral. I had nothing but headache with the TWO oral surgeons I tried to get in with, but every time I call Aspen back with a new request from the surgeon they were on it and ended getting me in within the hour. They really advocated for me and cut the BS with the surgeons for my well-being.

I went in for X-rays and an exam as I was having some pain on my one tooth on the top. I was taken back right away the girl taking my X-rays was super nice explained exactly what she was doing. The Denlist came in and did an exam he explained what he was doing and explained the things he did see. I never once felt like I was pushed through I felt like they genuinely cared for me. I will recommend this clinic to my Friends and family!

On my first visit to the St. Cloud location, X-rays were taken and I was checked for periodontal disease - my teeth were NEVER cleaned! When the dentist came in, he smelled like he hadn't showered and was VERY unprofessional looking I was ACTUALLY afraid of him! Without him actually LOOKING @ my teeth, he told me that I needed FOUR teeth pulled immediately and a partial had to be ordered as well. They also told me that they needed to "plane" my gums (a very PAINFUL and expensive procedure where they scrape tarter from under your gums to get rid of the disease). The day that I was SUPPOSED to have my teeth pulled (Novocaine is the ONLY thing they use - no gas), I called my old dentist AS WELL AS my insurance company and was told NOT to let them pull the teeth, so I cancelled my appointment and went back to my old dentist. I found out that ONLY TWO need to be pulled and I DO NOT have periodontal disease! The ONLY problem I have is I need to get BACK ON schedule of getting my teeth cleaned twice a year! Aspen Dental NEVER looked at any of my teeth that I had chipped or needed a filling in, and the ones I have are VERY obvious! What a disappointment - I switched to them because of all the hype in their commercials about how WONDERFUL they were, but MOSTLY because I could arrange payments - its NOT worth it! I QUICKLY found out how much advertising means NOTHING... I'm SO glad I saved a few teeth AND a lot of money too - I won't be back!

Everyone was real helpful and respectful when I asked questions and their answers.

I had an infection in my gum. I said I just need something to take care of this infection for now and later in the year I'll take care of the rest. They went through the whole checking out my mouth. Then harassed me to get almost $6000 worth of work done. They have me nothing for my infection, 2 days later I could hardly eat. I went to Foley dental with in the first visit I got my medicine for my infection. I was good to eat withing a few days cleared up in about 2 weeks.I told them I'd be back for my the rest. The estimated the same work for about $2000. 10 months later here today all said and done I'm glad I didn't donate to the money hungry aspen dental and that I went to good honest happy members of Foley dental.

I went in knowing what needed to get done (helps that my mom is a dental assistant in st paul), i knew what my problem was, i needed them to check a specific couple teeth. From my knowledge, they didn't it seemed like they completely ignored what i had said and proceeded with a procedure that was extremely expensive and felt more like a cash grab profit situation than anything.
Personally, it feels like they dont listen to their patientss. I scheduled an appointment to address the teeth that needed to be addressed back in October (as they have gotten worse) and they quoted me around $85 just to check them out. Ill prefer the drive almost 1.5 hrs to my dentist i went to as a child than go here evn tho its closer. Please learn to listen to the patients instead of finding ways to get them to pay more money.
As my mom says, private offices are better than chains like Aspen.

One of the worse experiences of my life. Went in to have infected tooth removed, dentist wanted me to remove all my teeth and get dentures. I told him I wasn't comfortable making that choice so he didnt do anything with my tooth. Said was going to give me antibiotic to help with pain. Handed me referral with my x-rays, made me call surgeon myself. Shortly after I called my pharmacy to see if antibiotic was ready he never filled a prescription. So I called office and was told because I chose to go elsewhere I had to contact oral surgeon for meds. I was never given an option with what to do with my infected toothed dentist made that choice for me. After explaining that no doctor of any kind would ever in this day and age fill a prescription for a person they haven't seen he said he would fill. It's been two days and still no antibiotic. Stay away from St. Cloud Aspen Dental at all cost.

I made an appointment for 3:45. I completed the paperwork online before the appointment so I arrived ten minutes before. I waited until 4:13 before I decided to go. If they can't get their scheduling in check, how could I expect them to do well on my teeth? Waiting room was also overwhelming with advertisements and promises, "don't forget to use up your FSA points!"... it seemed highly commercial and I was worried they would bill my insurance for silly things just to get the money.

Every time I come here the staff is very organized, courteous and understanding. The doctors and nurses never make you feel bad for not having a magazine smile. I hate going to the dentist like most people do but I don't hate coming here. If you're looking for a dentist, they're the best around.

Loved it. Everyone was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I felt like my teeth were in good hands!! The lobby staff was amazing, very personable. I felt like I was talking to old friends. I was given great payment options and was able to leave my first two visits without paying anything. Thanks guys!!
