Great visit as always! However, they are charging a PPE Fee and failed to inform me of this until the day of the appointment and I had to pay at the time of checkout and was told, reimbursement would occur when my insurance pays. Well, I spoke with my insurance company and this is not a given. My issue is that I was not advised of this PPE fee prior to the appointment.
