I love this dental office.

Over my 50-something years, I've visited many corporate dentists who treated me like cattle, kept me waiting, and robbed me blind. But, until now, I had yet to come across a dental office that embodied the things I care about - competent craftsmen who do amazing work and a caring team of professionals who treat their patients with kindness and respect with a dash of youthful, enthusiastic spirit.

From the curbside check-in to the fond farewell, this group of individuals come together to form a truly unique family of honest and friendly experts. Every person I came in contact with greeted me with a smile and I felt they were truly invested in my well being.

Beyond the pleasantries, my dental experience was exceptional. The assistants, hygienist, dentist and office manager were all perfect examples professionalism. As a first-time patient, I was never made to wait and I felt as though I was their only patient.

I had a broken crown, which was annoying but not painful. After a series of x-rays and an exam, a treatment plant was created which was carefully explained to me by the office manager. I was never felt under pressure to commit to the full plan, but encouraged to take care of the most important issue first. I appreciated that very much. I don't like outrageous up-sells with padded fees and that was exactly why I came to Desert Hills Dental.

I agreed to fix the broken crown immediately and schedule the other work at a later date. This was a comfortable arrangement for me. Within minutes, my mouth was numbed and the work had begun to remove the old crown. Afterwards, my mouth was digitally scanned and the new crown was designed on-screen at my chair. When approved, the file was sent to the milling machine and in 19 minutes, it was ready to be fitted.

After a few custom modifications, the crown was finalized, the color chosen, and it was sent to the oven to be baked. Within a few minutes after baking, the crown was adhered in place and cured.

I am completely satisfied with all aspects of this experience. The staff were polite and professional, the work was exceptional, and the price for this remarkable performance was fair. I highly recommend this dental office to everyone.

She is very informative about dental care and provide me with recommendations to keep my teeth and gums healthy! The staffs are friendly, professional and accomodating. I’m extremely happy with the service provided. I would highly and gladly recommend them to anyone!

This is the most professional and friendly dental office I have ever been to. I have been going to Desert Hills Dental for 8 years, and they have never disappointed me. I truly love Dr Staten and her amazing staff.

I had too have two crowns made and installed and a cavity filled and was there for almost five hours. They are very nice and a pleasure to receive treatment from.
They showed me the machines they used to make the crown, and I actually saw one of my crowns being made! I don't like to dental appointments, but this one went very well. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Found this place online as they offer new patient specials. I was impressed that they were able to get me in same day and had deep cleaning the following day. Pricing seems reasonable. Check in and payment process is conducted on line. Service is top notch.

Las Vegas has hundreds of good dentists...., a few great.....but I found exceptional and amazing with Dr Staten and staff. There are no words to adequately describe my experiences so I will keep it simple....I’m in my 70’s and have been to many dentists. Believe me when I say, this is the most exceptional .

Had my teeth cleaned at Desert Hills Dental. Nicole was outstanding as usual. She laid out what I needed and simply went to work. Fantastic experience!

I called on Monday because I had cracked a tooth. As it was not painful, I made an appointment for Tuesday. Turns out I needed a root canal and crown. I was amazed that Dr. Martinez could take care of it all right away. The doctor and her assistant were thorough and kind and truly seemed to enjoy their work. I could not have asked for a better experience. I call them my dream team and, if you need dental work, I whole-heartedly recommend Desert Hills Dental.

This practice is of the utmost high quality staff and service. My teeth are looking better than they ever have been.
