Always the best care... I highly recommend the establishment to anyone... They are very clean thought full and respectful.. The office is very clean and the help and staff are wonderful. I've been impatient there for many years... And I am very happy.... I recently had my teeth bleached and they came out awesome...

I Yousta go to a Dentist named Dr. Hall. In My opinion he was a very good Dentist. Very Professional very Personable. When he Retired I was left lookin for a new Dentist. I found Desert Hills Dental. I can't believe I hit the Lottery twice. Great Dentist Great Hygienist. Highly Recommend Desert Hills Dental.

Dr. Staten and her team are the best I have ever met. I had toot that need crown. The toot is very low and almost invisible from the gums. I went to two different dentists and they refused to make me a new crown. They said need surgery before that. Doctor Staten and her team did my beautiful new crown just for one hour! Amazing! Thank You!

They are wonderful I am so glad I tried them out. I was looking for a good Vegas dentist since moving here and went with this one based on the reviews. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcomed. The front desk lady was so nice and all the other staff that cleaned and examined my teeth. They explained everything they were doing and they were so patient, nice, funny and helpful. I never felt rushed or like they were recommending services to get more money. They are all down to earth and genuinely want to help you. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. They are the best and I am so relieved to have found a great dentist here.

Everyone is extremely friendly and I feel so comfortable with Dr Staten. I wouldn’t go to any other dentist in town. She’s the best! I’ve had several procedures done with her and she’s meticulous and professional. Just had my annual cleaning and Nicole my hygienist did a great job as well. Would highly recommend Desert Hills Dental to anyone, they go above and beyond for your dental needs.

I usually don't bother commenting on places of busness and I am the pickiest person in the world when it comes to dentists. BUT I would recommend Desert Hills Dental hands down! Everyone there, and I mean everyone is super nice as is Dr Staten. They have the latest, up-to-date dental tecniques/equipment which makes any dental procedure a breeze. They do EVERYTHING there and they do it pain-free which is a huge plus for me! They don't over-book and I've ever had to wait more than a few minutes. I am so happy that my friend recommended them because now I have found my dentist for life!

I sent an email outlining my complaint 4 times. I tried to like the teeth for 6 months, but I still hate my smile. I also called 4 times in June. They were unresponsive. I now have an overbite and a slight lisp. And my teeth look fake because they are opaque (not just my opinion, I spoke with another dentist. I had to see another dentist because the bridge they put in just fell out of my mouth after a short 3 months and I had to have it recemented. Which caused my bite to be off). Dr. Staten changed the material from a more translucent material to this fake looking material without any discussion. Considering I paid $27,000 out of pocket she should have definitely discussed this first. In addition, I was told I would have input on the shape and style of my teeth. Nope, she just gave me whatever she wanted. There was no input from me except for the color.

What is really inexcusable, especially for supposed professionals, is that the husband/office manager and Dr. Staten literally mocked me for what seemed like forever when it was happening, but was probably about 5 minutes. They installed temporary teeth for my uppers. The color was so off from the bottom teeth (they were yellow), there was a huge overbite, and I could not speak properly. The two mocked and laughed demonstrating how I could stretch my top lip over the teeth so no one would see how horrible the temps were. This was done in front of two workers and a patient. I saw the patient look at me with pity. I felt shame and complete humiliation. And the worst part is they knew that I was going to start my new job and meet my new co-workers and this is how they left me. So embarrassing.

I asked them to make it right but although I have been told Dr. Staten will call me 4 separate time, she has not returned my calls and has not done a thing to correct my smile. I paid over $27,000 out of pocket for a smile I hate. I feel self-conscious when I smile which is seldom.

I will also file a complaint with the Nevada Board of Dentistry.

My cleaning today was excellent. My hygienist lisa did a great job. Barely felt my cleaning. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and I felt very well taken care of. Definitely would recommend lisa and the whole Desert Hills Dental Team.

I am terrified of going to the dentist! Lisa made it so much easier and more calm for me! She explained everything and ALL the staff were so nice and caring! I would 100% recommend Desert Hills Dental to anyone looking for a wonderful office and dentist!
