Desert Hills Dental is the absolute best! I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of dental care! I was a patient there for several years, although last year I relocated to New Mexico. Recently, my retainer broke and I had no replacement. The worst part, I was no longer living in Las Vegas. Story short, I called up John Stanton at Desert Hills Dental and he took care of me. I sent John my teeth molds in the mail and he mailed me back not one, but two new retainers free of charge! If you read this, I cannot express enough how wonderful, friendly and superior Desert Hills Dental’s customer service truly is! Thank you John and Dr. Stanton for taking care of me!

I had a bad fall and damaged 4 front teeth. I called Dr. Staten and she saw me immediately. Within 2 days I had a temporary partial that looked better than my original teeth.

I can't say enough about the entire staff at Desert Hills. They are so kind and considerate of my well being that I do not mind seeing the dentist anymore. I still have more work to be done, but I am not worried because I know I am in good hands. I highly recommend Desert Hills.

This was my first time at Desert Hills Dental. I had called the morning (2/24), of my appt to ask for the address and I was told the wrong address by one of the associates (Raina): 575 S Fort Apache Rd, Suite 100.
I had called to verify because I was not able to see the dental name at the address I was given. I spoke to another employee and she told me a different address. I was late for my appt but thank goodness they took me in.
Once I was in the office, everything else was like clock-work. Amber did my xrays, the dentist thoroughly explained what I needed to get done, the hygienist came and evaluated my gums and then I met with the financial consultant. I like this place. It seems like family in this office. I also like seeing photos of the staff while they were checking my teeth. I wish they had captions of names on it. I gave them a 4 Star Rating. I enjoyed my experience once I got on the chair🥰

Desert hills dental uses state of the art technology and equipment. The staff are professional and caring. Doctor Staten is highly professional, courteous and extremely caring. I would highly highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Staten and her staff are amazing! I had an emergency and as a new patient didn’t know what to expect. I was extremely anxious and from the moment I walked in, Ali, the treatment coordinator, put my mind at ease. Everyone, from the dental assistant taking my X-rays, to Marleny doing my deep cleaning, to Dr. Staten herself doing my extraction with her assistant, made me feel like a priority and everyone took their time to acknowledge what I was feeling and handled my care with warmth and precision. It was the best experience at a dental practice given the circumstances and I am so very thankful! I have found my new regular dental practice and recommend them to everyone in Vegas!

Always a great experience at my appointment. The staff are so attentive and professional. They all have a very positive attitude and so reassuring during any procedure. I drive almost 2 hours to have them as my Dentist. I give them 5 stars!!!!!

I've always had a fear of anyone doing dental work on me, until yesterday when I sat in the chair of Hygienist Nicole at Desert Hills Dental. I felt completely at ease because I could feel the expertise in everything Nicole was doing. She made me feel very comfortable and at one point I became so relaxed I almost drifted off to sleep! But the best yet was how amazing my teeth looked and felt when Nicole was done cleaning! I've never had my teeth this clean. Wow! I love them! She's definitely the best in Las Vegas or anywhere else. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Nicole and the entire team at Desert Hills Dental. I have never experienced such caring service and professionalism in a dental facility. Absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend Desert Hills Dental and furthermore they have gained a lifetime customer, me!

Outstanding...six stars!!! I can't say enough good things about this practice and their service! I was referred to Dr. Staten when my usual dentist was away on holiday, and I'm so glad I was!

The team is friendly and punctual, the office is immaculately clean (especially important as we emerge from the pandemic) and Dr. Staten is an expert in her craft. Each step of the way everything was explained to me in an easy to understand way and I never felt any pressure to do anything more than I wanted or originally came in for.

Of note - and a key point of distinction - when a minor issue arose about a week following my visit Dr. Staten was happy to promptly see me again at her earliest availability to ensure everything was perfect - de gratis and no questions asked; even though I am not a regular or "high dollar" patient. For me, that is the true mark of excellence and a dentist who stands behind their work.

Thank you to Dr. Staten and her entire team, they made my entire experience seamless and a true pleasure. I have already referred several friends to Desert Hills Dental and will absolutely return next time my regular dentist is out of town - if I had not already had a dentist this would be my "go to" practice in a heartbeat.

PS: Pricing here was delightfully unexpected and offered an exceptional value, a refreshing departure from some of my past dental practice visits when I lived in other cities!
