Literally took us three hours here. The only reason it didn't take longer is they close at 4. They didn't complete what we needed done in one trip want us to come back in three weeks and pay out of pocket for the rest of the cleaning.

Worst business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Absolutely ridiculous. The lack of knowledge and miscommunication is on a level I’ve never seen from an establishment. It seems they have a hard time keeping someone up front. Go anywhere but here.

I had an emergency with a tooth n the ladies upfront and dr.kim and his assistant were so amazing. I just ran in last minute frantic and crying and they were so amazing. I would recommend them. Thanks to all that helped me

Over all, friendly staff, but crazy long wait at the Las Cruces location. I think people with appointments should be seen on time no matter how many Walk-in's came in ahead of them.

Will never go again after waiting 1hr we were never called back according to staff the rooms were full but as soon as an employees father showed up a room opened up for him not even 10 min later he was taken back!!! I walked out and called to complain and of course long wait on the phone to talk to someone i hung up and no one ever called me back!! WORST PLACE EVER!!!!

Be prepared to be there at least 3 hours. The dental hygienist was extremely rude too. Definitely finding another dental office for my family.

I was there for literally 2h without exaggeration and when I asked they had forgotten to give my little bothers file to the dentist and they were people that where there for 30m and they were going in before me and I asked and it still took 1h after the 1h I was waiting for
