Their scheduling is horrible. They have repeatedly scheduled us at one time, and then we are left waiting an hour + in the back before the dentist sees my children. Both my husband and I work, so when we are scheduled at a certain time, we usually work our schedules for that time and Kidskare always has us running behind. One time, they called me and asked if I could take my kids in at 11 instead of in the afternoon as they had originally scheduled them and I did. Well, 12 rolled around and when they were questioned as to why we were still waiting, they informed us the dentist had gone to lunch instead of clearing out the patients scheduled. Today, two of my kids had an appointment at 3 and they arrived early. It was 4 pm and we had to reschedule because they had not even been called back yet-they were still in the lobby at 4 pm. My son's orthodontist has faxed a referral for extractions 4 times since January (we are now in June) and every time I call, I am told they have not received anything. It is sad because my children have all gone to Kidskare since their very first dental appointment, but it seems like they don't have their stuff together the majority the time. As soon as I can find another dentist, I will be withdrawing my 3 kids from their practice.

Dr. Scott Baymiller and his assistant Tanya are the greatest. They get right to the dental work and very professional done. I experienced very little pain and my crown fits perfectly.
The office personal is very friendly and informative. The atmosphere is very inviting and the waiting period was short. I do recommend the dental office very highly. Good job!

I was really nervous when I first got there, it's not noticeable but I have some mental and fiscal disabilities, they where very kind to me, they noticed I was nervous and helped me relax, they extracted two molars and it still was a good experience, awesome caring people in my opinion

They purposely did nothing to help me. I am a 81 year old disabled senior and because I am WHITE they do everything to make sure its OK that I suffer in pain. They are going to be reported to the American Dental Association.

My siblings & I have been coming to Kids Kare for 12 years now and we have always loved it! The staff and doctors are friendly and it is always a clean, comfortable environment. They always work with us on scheduling appointments along with getting us out of there in a matter of time! I highly recommend Kids Kare for anyone looking for a new place to get your teeth taken care of. 🦷

just want to take the time & say i had a WONDERFUL experience w Dr. Karen & Dr. Kim, they were fantastic, sweet & great. everything went smooth and exactly the way i wanted it to! Karen was w my girlfriend & I in the room the whole time, never left to do something that wasn’t needed, made us feel very welcomed & kept a smile on our faces w her stories. 110% RECOMMEND!!!!

Just brought my daughter into have a tooth removal and a filling done. She was absolutely freaking out with anxiety and Dr. Rhodes came in and took such great care with her. I have never seen such a caring dentist before. He was so patient and gentle and talked her through it all. And his assistants were just as amazing thank you for making this visit a pleasant experience all the way around ;)

I have been taking my daughter to KidsKare since before she got her first tooth! She is 9 now and gas never feared a dentist! I was always worried about this for my children. Taking her to Kids Kare PC every 6 months for 9 years has been great! I also switched from my regular dentist to this one. We can make our appointments together and that saves me lots of time!!

I had a wonderful experience here today. I’m terrified of coming to the dentist. Everyone one who works with Dr Scheib is very polite. They assured me everything thing would be okay and they would be very gentle. They kept their word. I would recommend anybody to come to KidsKare but to come with Dr Scheib and his staff. This has been the first time ever that I had a cleaning that didn’t hurt at all. You have a wonderful staff Dr Scheib!!!
