Couldn’t imagine making a screaming toddler wait a hour and thirty minutes for a teeth counting. Let alone giving a young mom no tips on how to keep good hygiene w a baby who’s just learning. Honestly the worse, from them not answering the phone, to letting us sit for almost two hours and then coming in the room doing nothing and telling us we’re done. First dentist appointment for bubs and you guys honestly made it terrible 😢

If you want to wait hours on end after your scheduled appointment time this is the place for you. There front desk staff is also pretty subpar as well, can’t tell which wait is generally longer, here or the MVD.

Absolutely the best customer service in Las Cruces we have ever experienced. My husband went in with our 4 kids and experienced the above and beyond service they have to offer. Appointments started at 1:00pm for cleaning and check up. It turned into teeth needing to be pulled to fillings needed. All done within the same appointment. The care they had for our 4 year old was more than what we could’ve hoped for.Knowing it was his first time at the dentist, they were so patient and understanding. They took care of my husband as well, it’s not just a dentist for kids. They closed at 5:00pm and took time from their families and assisted my family until 6:00pm!!! Our price tag was amazing.. I will refer this office to everyone. We found our family dentist! Thank you to the wonderful Team!!

After today's wait, I've decided to find another clinic. Lots of employees hanging around, trying their best not to notice the extreme wait times. When they do finally come in to see you, they don't even try to apologize. They didn't even attempt a cleaning (which is what we were there for) on my 7 year old. They just rinsed her mouth and flossed.

Please do your best and take your children to Gormley pediatric dentistry. This is not a kid friendly location. Staff very rude, extremely extended wait times & providing undivided attention to children.
