KidsKare PC Family Dentists- Las Cruces

I have been coming to the Las Cruces kidskare for many years. I have always been treated very well. Love the staff especially Dr Kim and his assistants. Thank you for making my experience painless.

My Daughter is having a crown put in today an she's been really nervous about it but as always Dr. Scheib an his staff make all my kids very comfortable every time we come in to get any type of work done. I highly recommend Kids Kare especially for kids an adults also!

My experience here was above and beyond what I expected. I have a fear of the dentist and have been terrified to go again after a few horrible experiences in the past. My faith was quite diminished that I would find a place who really cared and wanted to help me. The scheduler, Yvonne, answered all of my questions and reassured me that the visit would go smoothly. She was right. I was taken straight back by a cheerful lady who took my xrays, being sure to not cause any more pain or discomfort to my tooth. She was so friendly, my anxiety level started to go down. I was then brought immediately to the exam room and greeted by a hygienist, I did not get her name either but she was very gentle and listened to my concerns and told me not to worry, they were going to help me. I believed her because she looked me in the eye and I felt like she meant it. She made me feel confident that I was in the right place. The doctor explained the procedures I need, which left me in tears and feeling like I was going to have a panic attack. That is when an amazing lady by the name of Karen, who I believe is in charge of making the impressions for implants etc.. noticed my distress and sensed my panic and came over to me. She took my hand and introduced herself saying everything was going to be okay and acknowledged why I was so upset. Because it is my front tooth.. She offered an awesome plan B to my care plan that completely diminished my fears and reassured me that I was going to get through this ordeal and be relieved in the end. I went from crying to smiling in 30 seconds of her taking the time to help me. Even my husband was taken aback by her kindness and willingness to jump in and find a solution to my problem. I could have hugged her!!! Kelly was also there making sure the doctor was contacted and to set up my care plan. She has the friendliest demeanor and I felt like I could trust both of their opinions. I am extremely impressed with those 2 women along with the others who went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and like I was in good hands. This is such a huge deal because I had almost talked myself out of going to this appointment based on a couple of the reviews I read. I am SOOOOOOOO glad I went and that this group of ladies work at KidsKare. There was no wait, they explained everything in detail, worked together to problem solve and come up with the best solution for me. A literal god send and I felt like it was an answered prayer to be put in their care today. I took a risk and it paid off. THANK YOU LADIES, YOU ALL DESERVE A RAISE! :) I feel confident in the next appointment and will update as my care plan progresses. As of right now I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location and want to again thank each one of the ladies who took the time to be sincere with me. It means the world to me. Many blessings. Xoxoxoxoxo

Friendly staff, but the wait time even with an appointment is unreasonably long. We've been going to KidsKare for several years (old and new locations) for x-rays and cleanings, all by appointment. Over the years, I've showed up between 20 mins early and 10 minutes late and my average wait time before being seen is still 1 hour. This last appointment, we were there 2 hours for a 15 minute cleaning. Looking into other dentists in the area that see their patients at their appointment time.

I don't know a better place to go for your kids dentist appointment except Kids Care! my kids absolutely adored the decoration and kid friendly waiting room. all the dentists and staff are very nice. be sure to ask someone to say hello to a staff sterilizer Adam Yarbro. :)

Dr. Scheib is an amazing doctor. I have been coming to him for years and have received great care every time. He along with the staff are always friendly, welcoming, and make any process a relaxing experience!

Everyone’s RUDE or either having a bad day . Both times we came we’ve waited 2 hours + . When making an appointment make sure you have a open schedule you’ll be here for HOURS!!!

Nice, clean and friendly environment. Great service I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and i totally recommend this place. Everyone is so nice and professional. Shoutout to Karen for always being so nice and always making my family feel comfortable. The only reason that i don’t give a 5 stars is because of the waiting time.

Linda has been amazing with me and my family for years and now that I hear that Dr. Baymiller is gone I will continue to visit this office only until Linda stays here! If she ever leaves my family and relatives will no longer come to this office! Linda you’re the best hygienist!

I took my granddaughter to kids care Rebecca and Yvonne were so good with her. She is usually afraid and they were so amazing she did not shed a tear. Thank you for great service. Will be asking for them on our future visits
