I’ve been going to KidsKare for 10+ years. I have received excellent care. The staff is friendly and efficient. I originally stated coming here for my kids, but learned adults are welcome too. My husband and I have been coming ever since.

I have never experienced a more unhappy, and rude staff such as the people who work here. Totally cold and unfriendly (front desk especially). Only friendly to their own co-workers. They’re even worse on the phones. I called to ask a few simple questions and was met with nothing but rude, quick and unhelpful response. I switched dentists as soon as I could, thank goodness for other options.

It's been a wonderful experience! I was so frieghtened going to the dentist , even though I didn't tell anyone I was afraid. the entire staff took care of me and it was practically painless. I have not smiled in any photos in years and thanks to Dr. Sheib and his wonderful assistant. I smile 💗🙌 I feel so Blessed

Well I came from another dentist that hurt me so when I came to Kidskare the staff is very friendly. Then when I went in the back I had a hygienist by the name of Rebekah. She was so nice and very friendly. She did a fabulous job and there was no pain. I would recommend her to be the hygienist. I even took my son and my mom and they loved her too. The dentist was very nice and friendly too. I recommend Kidskare in Las Cruces 10 times over all the other places.

I typically do not like going to the dentist. However Kids Kare made a huge difference on how a cleaning should be. I had zero pain compared to other dentist in town. Staff was very kind super easy to deal with. Yesterday was my first experience with kids kare and I will be going back for future dental work.

Excellent customer service by front desk clerk Rosie I needed a new dentist for my kids. She was very polite and informative regarding my insurance. I would recommend and one going there to ask for Rosie she is the best, hard to find great customer service staff.

The wait continues to be wayyy to long. I think they need to make huge changes to scheduling or hire new Dentists to their office because the wait is ridiculous.

I have been going here since I was 18 years old and all my kids and husband have been going there for about 17 years now. Amazing staff. Drs are amazing and friendly, everyone always has a smile on their face and greets us with a smile. Would highly recommend.

I've been coming for years, but this might be the last time. We have to wait so long for the dentist its ridiculous. You can even hear the hygienist repeatedly telling him people are waiting on him. Then he is with you for a minute. If he's in and out of rooms that fast why all the waiting. I don't get it.
On top of waiting they kept referring my son with high gag reflex and preexisting conditions to another dentist and now act surprised I wont make an appointment for him there and we see the other dentist for him. Well my healthy kid can start going there too I think I'm done with kidskare.
