Hour to hour and a half wait!
Girls at desk not very friendly.
The wait shouldn't be that long....
My time is important as well!

Dental to anyone...AND their prices are ridiculous!

I had the best experience at Aspen Dental! From the greeting at the front when I arrived to Kamie taking the time to walk me through the X-ray process and being so gentle throughout the visit. Dr. Starbody did a wonderful job breaking down and explaining the work he recommends I get done. Kaley took me into consult me about treatment options and walked me through all financial options to help me pick the plan that was right for me. Overall, I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Tullahoma to anyone looking for a new dentist!

Aspen Dental in Tullahoma makes going to the dentist easier ! Rhonda at the front desk is always helpful and smiling ! The assistants Constance, Ashley and Mariam are very helpful and listen to my needs and concerns. Dr. Douglas and Crystal always insure the highest quality of care! I recommend this Office to everyone!!

So this has been the worst experience of my life. So I picked them thinking this would be a good place to go but I was wrong. I paid these people over 2000 dollars for a dental plan that has been somehow overpaid 220 dollars because the math was messed up multiple times. The actual oral surgery was ok but I had went in today for an extraction, scaling and a filling which the filling is not finished as the tooth still looks gappy. These people didn’t even offer me a Tylenol because apparently the dentist can feel your pain for you because I was told the tooth was loose so there should be little if any pain so later the pain increased to which I called them and Katrina at the office said she would return our call but apparently they closed the office instead. So we called and got the emergency number three separate times to which we finally got a call back from the answering service cause the dr couldn’t bother to do so. He claimed he had spoke to the dr and they suggested Tylenol and ibuprofen now they don’t read records because I have had the gastric and cannot take nsaids and Tylenol hasn’t helped so yeah that’s my day. To me it is evident that dont care about their patients only the 2000 dollars we paid them. After researching them I have come to question whether I even needed an extraction as they were quick to add on to the dental plan including an electric toothbrush I never even ask for! UPDATE: as of 10/22/2019 at 930 management I believe her name was kaylie or katylin did call me back and alleged that we had confused the issue and they were now offering me norco. They then alleged that I did not verbally nor write on my history that I had a bypass. The lady was rude and claimed that they were now offering norco but it had to be pills even though they were informed by me and my fiancé that I needed liquid because of absorption but they didn’t seem concerned about this. Still not impressed and my views have not changed. Now I will say Lexi was very nice and tried to help but the management did not seem concerned about the issues.

NEVER go to this place. It's nothing but a scam. Last year I paid over $2,000 to have three front teeth bonded. Two months later a piece fell out of one. I went back and they repaired it. Two months later it came out again. Once again they repaired it. This May a big piece fell out of the other front tooth. They told me they could not repair it but I would have to have a crown. Another $1 000 for this, which I have not done. I had these teeth bonded before and it lasted over 20 years. Theirs can't even last a year. They use inferior material and questionable dentists. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which they couldn't even respond to. Spread the word about this place. They need to be run out of town and sued!

Everyone was great. They truly put their patients first. I would love to go back but my insurance isn't that good and I can't afford the procedures that need to be done. I know that's not the employers fault.

I had a wisdom tooth extracted and they took me in to do it same day ,no quedtions asked and it was only 160 dollars and change ...awesome staff too

Everyone at Aspen Dental made me feel very comfortable and at ease . The staff was the most friendly people I have meet at a dentist office . I'm always terrified going to the dentist but going to Aspen Dental was a total different experience.

Kaley was the bomb at helping with what I needed and questions I had. Char was great and gave me a consult on some things going on with my teeth and told me about some affordable options. The x ray on my teeth was the coolest .

They were nice and listened to me. And had me to choose what I wanted to do. I would recommend Aspen dental
