Scheduled my son for a cleaning, and after the consultation and telling him he needed $5000 of invisilign they still never cleaned his teeth. Will not schedule again. We will go back to who we have used before.

Honestly one of the worst dentists I've ever been to. I scheduled an appointment to have a wisdom tooth removed because of severe pain, 2 hours later I was told they didn't have time to pull it, and was given the choice between not having it pulled at all or agreeing to a $6000 plan in which they could pull my tooth IN A MONTH!!! If I could give them less than a star I would

When I made the appointment I was told aspen dental takes all employer based insurance's. On arrival for the appointment we were told the office was not taking "any" insurance at this time. As I sat in the waiting room 2 other people came in and was told the same thing. My understanding is that it was that specific office. A phone call ahead of time to let us know they weren't accepting insurance would have been helpful. It was miscommunications between the call center and office. However, this was an issue the office was aware of.
Also, the prices were completely different and much higher than the website showed.

The people there are super nice. A crown they had made last June had CRACKED. THEY SAID IT HAD A FIVE YEAR WARRANTY. They made me an appointment and I went in. They cut the broken crown off. They made a temporary. They said to wait 30 minutes before eating. This was after 2 pm and I had not had lunch. I went shopping for an hour and then went to eat at KFC. I was careful not to bite down on the temporary crown. It broke to pieces. I went back to Aspen Dental ( basically across the street) . I waited and they eventually called me back and made another temporary crown. all this occurred on a Wednesday. Thursday night I was carefully eating a cheeseburger. The temporary crown came off. I was able to save it. Friday morning I called and they said come in. They were really nice during the entire ordeal. the dental tech glued the crown back on for me. The dentist said they would not put another temporary on. If this one came off I would have to go without until the permanent crown came in and even then they would not warranty it. They tried to blame the crown failure on me grinding my teeth. Obviously the temporary that failed after an hour did not fail due to me grinding my teeth. Neither did the one that only lasted a day. I hope they don't try to blame my teeth grining for their labs poor workmanship. I live 30 miles away.

I suppose I'll be the drop in the bucket. I called Aspen to set up an initial dental examination and provided all of the required insurance information. When I showed up for the appointment(some 3 weeks later), I was told that the practice does not accept the type of insurance I have. Mistakes happen, whatever, but the front desk told me that this was, by far, not the first time this has happened. This company books patients without regard for their insurance coverage, even if it means turning patients away after weeks of waiting. 10/10 would use my sick time to not get the care I need /s

I'm terrified of the dentist but Aaron dental changed that. The staff is amazing and Dr Bateman is awesome. When they called me back I thought I would be nervous and have a panic attack but I didn't. After the Dr looked in my mouth he explained in detail what would have to be done and reassured me that they will do everything they can to make me comfortable. No other dentist I went to had that much concern or care for a patient. I walked in a nervous wreck but walked out confident and no longer scared. I would recommend aspan dental to everyone. Thank you aspen dental
