Went in to get a new upper plate. They did x-rays, gave me a oral cancer scan, took impressions, sat with me and broke down the bill. Every step of the way I was kept informed of the procedures they were both doing and planning. Everyone I came in contact with was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I can say without reservation that I totally enjoyed my dentist appointment! Would recommend Aspen Dental to anyone needing a dentist!

Went in with extreme pain, probably infection in several teeth. I wanted them pulled so I could get dentures. Came out with 2 plans. 1st was almost $8200 after $1371 ins/discounts & 23 visits. 2nd was $4137 after $1317 ins/discounts and 19 visits.. I'm on SSI and can't afford these prices. I had to go to ER for antibiotics since all I left Aspen with was papers on their plans. They tried once to get financing and nothing after that didn't work. It was very obvious I needed help immediately. I wasn't getting it there. Way to expensive and I still didn't get denture pricing. Still trying to find a dentist to help. Had appt on June 1st at another place, they weren't even open when I got there! Still looking. My teeth will probably fall out before I get any work done. Can't really recommend Aspen. Maybe if you have about $20 grand stashed you can get work done. I don't have it myself.

So happy I found this place. I’m terrified of dentists, but everyone here from reception to hygienists, to the Doctors are great. Especially Nikita, she is phenomenal. She is very polite and professional. I’d love to see her every time I come! She made me feel at ease like I was at home. God bless her!

Great welcome when I first came in the door. The xray tech seemed to be very knowledgeable. Dentist explained things so I could understand. I am confident going in the future. Thank staff

Kaley was great! Did all of my paperwork online and she had it all together and ready and made it so easy ! Char was great at explaining the costs and ways i can afford things ! The dentist and dental assistant were wonderful and comforting! The Hygienist was so nice helping me understand about how to keep your gums healthy and what you should do! I hate going to the dentist but loved going to this office!

Absolutely love this place! Dr Starbody and assistant Kamie were great! I've been twice now they were very thorough at first appointment went over all my options, I've gotta lot of work to be done. Very clean place and very friendly caring people. Char that is over billing is fantastic and the receptionist was very nice as well. Everyone there was very friendly! Second appointment had 2 teeth pulled and no pain at all! Best dental experience I've ever had. I highly recommend this place to everyone! I will return here to have the rest of my work done and partials made. Thank you Aspen dental!

Went here a few years back for just a checkup and cleaning. They brought me back, knowing which insurance i had, did my dental scans, then left me unattended for about 30-45 mins. They come back in, basically say “ok get out we don’t accept that insurance”, and proceed to try to make me pay for my scan that they had said would be covered by lol. If they can’t even do clerical work properly, i wouldn’t let them near my teeth!

I would give a zero if it were possible. I went in for a replacement partial and at the end of the visit I was informed that it would cost over $17000.00 to get all the required work done. Including replacing all of my crowns and taking out a wisdom tooth that does not bother me and putting in an implant to replace one tooth. Also deep cleaning all my teeth. Now I understand they are there to make money but all I was prepared to pay for was a simple partial. When I told them I only wanted that they then informed me that they could not do that unless I agreed to over $3,000.00 for deep cleaning my crowns and other teeth... and then they would make my $1,5000.00 partial. This is not what I came for. I was informed by the finance person that if I didn't do the deep cleaning they would not do the one thing I came for. Do not recommend this to anyone on a budget or fixed income. They offer to finance but I really don't want to add another bill to my expenses. I truly believe this is a bait and switch operation. Very disappointed in this company. Stay Away!!!!

I was able to get in to be seen for a problem the same day I called was in there by 11. Very nice people work here. I had a moment of feeling faint before the extraction and the staff there helped me to bring my blood sugar back up with a snack after not having eaten since the night before from the pain. They were very patient and gave me a bite to eat and a drink and allowed me to get comfortable before they continued. Very experienced and good equipment. Best rates for no insurance. So grateful to the awesome people at the tullahoma aspen dental office
