I had an emergency with a tooth. I am having severe pain can't eat or sleep through the night! They did get me in and gave me a hefty price of around 8500 bucks for all the things that need to be done to my teeth I know I need some work done but the issue at hand I don't feel was addressed properly. I have an appt. to get the 2 teeth pulled but I had to personally ask the dentist for antibiotics which shocked me because I have an infection my jaw is swollen the hygenist said i had tartar buildup under my teeth that's why I was in So much pain! I used to be a dental assistant and i saw what was on my xrays INFECTION! I'm just praying that the extractions go OK in a few days I just was not impressed or happy to say the least

The staff at Aspen Dental are amazing. They really care to help you. Not only do they help you with what you came in for, but they also let you know about any other dental issues that may occur so that they can prevent tooth loss and other things. Point blank, they are amazing and they really care!

I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time. I had tooth pain and went to be evaluated. The DA McKenzie was great and friendly. She made me as comfortable as possible. The evaluation was thorough, and I understood what the options were. The doctors were very nice and answered all my questions. I do not like having dental work done. Aspen dental gave me a good experience. Thanks.

The overall process took longer than expected. Staff was super friendly. For the exam getting checked for mouth cancer and tooth extraction came out to be about $270 for a cash patient. I'm happy with the service and plan on going back for future dental work.

All staff are wonderful and polite but there was on that went above and beyond. Ryan in the lab worked with me patiently to make sure I was comfortable and happy with the way my dentures looked. He dedicated so much time to make sure I had the perfect smile! Thank you Ryan, you are a blessing!

I used Aspen Dental about 2015 and it was Really good, again March 2nd 2022, different people and different Dentist but still it was really good! They are so gentle, thorough and everyone is so polite, didn't have to wait long, I was there at 305 pm and out by 4pm, pulled a tooth and recap a porclin tooth, have to go back and get gum treatment and a filling but I'm not afraid at all, they are Awesome

My husband had a tooth cracked in half with and exposed nerve.. made an appointment for him to get it pulled. They kept him there for almost two hours printed out a $12145.00 treatment plan and never pulled his tooth. They made sure to do enough pointless stuff he didn't need to make a chunk off our insurance... this place will heard you through and charge your insurance and do nothing for you... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I EXPLAINED TO THEM HE WAS IN PAIN AND HAD TO DRIVE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO WORK.. WORK HIS SHIFT AND DRIVE AN HOUR AND A HALF BACK... THEY WERE MORE WORRIED ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY THEY COULD MAKE OFF OUR INSURANCE AND NOT ABOUT GETTING HIM OUT OF PAIN... WE WILL NOT BE BACK

Transparency isn’t part of the vocabulary at this Aspen Dental location. Covid-19 certainly caused a lot of disruption in the medical field and it certainly impacted my ability to find a local dentist. I landed at Aspen Dental as the provider of last choice. They didn’t let me down, they are the provider of last choice with some really questionable tactics in telling you what your dental diagnosis is. I came in for a routine exam and cleaning, which I do every six months except Covid-19 threw a wrench into that schedule. I ended up getting a full X-ray set done along with a 30 second review by the on staff dentist. Apparently, I had the worse possible case of gingivitis that would require their special treatment. Now mind you, the full exam revealed no cavities but the worse possible case of gingivitis. I was a little circumspect on this diagnosis since I brush my teeth twice a day and floss daily but they said I have such a bad case I need their treatment right away. They ran the numbers and said I would have around a $200 copay. This would be the first time I ever came out of pocket for a routine exam an cleaning but I went along with it. During the gingivitis treatment, I noticed nothing different then any standard teeth cleaning, it took the same amount of time. Not once during my two visits did I ever receive a breakdown of the charges. Only after sending a letter did I get a response. I finally got the breakdown of dental charges but items were still missing plus, I know owed another $125 which I still can’t figure out for. The lesson here is that you will be better served by finding a small local dentists office.

Thanks

Peter
