Aspen Dental

My experience with Aspen dental today was great the hospitality and professionalism was awesome and they were very thorough in explaining everything that I need it done now and in the near future.

I had a wonderful experience at Aspen Dental! The staff were Top Notch! They made me feel extremely comfortable, cared for and explained all my issues! Going again!!

This was the worst experience ever! Husband has been trying to get his crowns put on for 3 months😡 they did the temporary crowns got our money then the trouble began... today will be our 7th time driving 20 miles one way to get them!!! The excuse is one was cracked and 5 didn’t fit ! The 6 th time it was the wrong tooth all together! I went with my husband spoke with the assistant manager and she said it was a mistake.... 7times??? Called and reported it to the main office and did not get a response. They are crooks!! Don’t know if anything g else to do except go try again . They have already filed my husband teeth down . Don’t know what else to do . Now if we get them then I just wonder how long they will last without falling out... I’m sure now they have our money they won’t fix them . Worst ever!! Wish us luck!

Where to start? Horrible experience and will NEVER do again. At my appt ahead of schedule, because if you're late they cancel your appt, but the dentist doesn't even start until over an hour past appt time has passed. Finally get the numbing shots only to be left alone for another 30 minutes. By then the shots have worn off and we start again. Feels as if I'm at a unethical used car dealer rather than a dentist. Broken teeth now due to botched extraction, the same teeth I paid $2k to fix are now broken and is going to cost more to fix due to their negligence. Don't do this folks, find a reputable dentist that has been at the same location a LONG time. Obviously they would be better than this "Dentist in a Box" thing at Aspen. IMO.

I went in for a consultation and was very displeased with the whole experience. The wait time was ridiculous, I was rushed through x-rays, then thoroughly angered by the "dentist". After barely glancing at the x-rays she advised me my best option would be dentures! Not a week prior I went for a consult with thorough x-rays at another local dentist and was advised all but two of my rear molars were able to be repaired/saved with only 1 of those repairs requiring a crown. In hindsight I shouldn't have been surprised, 3 of the 4 others waiting with me were in for denture work of some sort. I will NEVER darken the doors of this Aspen again and am very happy to report I have found a great dentist who believes if a tooth can be saved, it should be saved.

I went in with a fairly simple request, ie file down a bone from a recent extraction.
Long story short 1.5 hours later I walk, without having my bone filed.

First time visitor to Aspen Dental-Tullahoma. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Being as I was self pay with no insurance, they answered all my questions and helped get my payments to a comfortable number (personal shout-out to Whitney, you rock!) Although I can't remember everyone's name I encountered, they were all super friendly and helpful.

Aspen Dental was great,all the employees were very nice,polite and professional.they did a great job and talked to me about everything and asked if I had any questions for them.i have 2 appointments were I go back to them and I would recommend them to anyone.

The doctors, hygienists, and staff at Aspen Dental Tullahoma are wonderful, helpful, and thorough. The experience was like none other I've ever had at a dental office. I had seen my last dentist for most of 20+ years, but my time there wasn't enough to keep me once I'd moved further away. I appreciate my years with them, but I couldn't justify driving the distance for their service. So far, Aspen Dental Tullahoma has provided me a quality and thoroughness of service I might just make that drive for were I to have to move again. I felt welcome immediately. Their X-ray work and gum health inspection is the most comprehensive I've ever experienced and I felt very good knowing they were checking my mouth so completely. They offer free or reduced x-rays and exams for those without dental insurance (I count myself lucky for having a company provided dental plan, but am glad Aspen Dental offers affordable care to eveyone). I look forward to future visits knowing my dental health is in such competent and caring hands.

Don't bother! Never the same staff, the staff is nice but every appointment took over 2 hours even a basic cleaning. Wait time before your even taken back is 30 mins to an hour!!! Be aware and find a better place that will take care of you; My first appointment they forgot I was there. Explained it away and I figured I'd give them another shot. I did four appointments and regret not finding better sooner.
