The people were friendly but that only goes so far. I felt like the looked in my mouth for money they could gain and i get it thats business. This 2 hour visit they did nothing to my teeth but scrap they living hell out of
my gums and teeth. No cleaning Nothing. Then sent me off with an $9k quote and the taste of blood.

I suffer from crippling anxiety and every single person there was polite patient and very understanding about this.I have a very expensive road ahead for all the dental work I'm having done. They will work with you to find payment arrangements that anyone could afford.

I had craked a tooth in my denture.I was told conflicting stories by the staff constantly. I was told by one staff member on phone that I would not need the an exam. Then, on the day of my appointment I was told that I dId need an exam. Then I told her what I was told on the phone and she said let me check. Then, she came back and told me that I didnt need an exam. After a little bit ,within minutes, she came and said the doctor was different and I did need an exam. She said that the repair would cost $79.00 and the exam would cost 19.00 but the insurance would pay for the exam. Then a lady said that my insurance is paying for the denture repair and my total out of pocket would be 39.50. However, when I went to another lady she charged me 74.50 and Said that I might get a bill for 63.00. That doesn't add up to 79.00. With that being said, the repair was wonderful and it was done in about 30 minutes.

when I called in 4 my appointment I was told how much my procedure would cost $68.00. I just needed a crown cemented back on. my appointment was for 10:30. I got there @ 11:45 to fill out whatever forms was needed. I was informed that my bill would be 128.00. Thought I had the money I wondered about other people who had less income then I. I was informed at that point that I was in need of x-rays which added to the cost. That's understandable though it would be nice to know when I made the appointment what all the cost would be. So I proceeded to wait. @ 11:30 I had to ask the receptionist if she knew how soon I would be seen since my appointment was for 10:30. I know there's going to be a wait but let me know ahead if you are behind schedule. 10mins after that I was called back. The whole process, x-rays and recementing of the crown, only took about 15 to 20mins if that. However I didn't get out of there till 12:30. Last year when I came the wait was minimal so I guess they spoiled me.

Highly recommend this office. The entire staff was very polite, friendly and most of all professional. Explained in detail the type of treatment that was needed and was very helpful in options that were available for financing. Thank You Aspen Dental of Tullahoma.

Aspen Dental made me feel very comfortable I have bad panic attacks and one of the office ladies came and stayed right by my side through all I can never Thank her enough Aspen has a great team.

The assistant’s were very nice and very welcoming, the doctor is very friendly and the staff take really good care of you, they try making you as comfortable as possible. I recommend! 😊

Update: I was called to come back the day after I posted an extremely negative evaluation. They adjusted my lower plate so it is not only wearable but is usable. So I have upgraded my evaluation.

The staff is very friendly. I felt like they really cared about my dental health. They never rushed things. I recommend Aspen Dental to everyone

Not a great experience, receptionist just said sign in and didn't seem to want to be bothered by clients. Another 45 minute wait before I was seen. Cleaning was rushed and didn't even see a dentist. Why bother making appointments at this place?
