What's with all the notifications? Two robo calls (staff didn't even know they used robo calls) and a human call to remind of my cleaning. 888 # to schedule an appt on their website doesn't work. I once used schedule online and never heard from anyone. They are really nice and the dentist who couldn't get anything right is now gone. I had considered changing dentists but things are better now. I also hate that they just sent me a text message asking me to write a review. I also had issues with office staff, but that episode is over. The hygienists are great, so I will keep having my teeth cleaned there.

I've been to alot of Dentist...this by far is the BEST experience I've had. The staff went above and beyond to explain and take care of my needs and my family. Most definitely will go back. ☆☆☆☆☆

I am in love with this office. Barbara is the best and greets you every time you walk in. Today was my first time taking my daughter and they took good care of her. Dr. Irani you know I love you..... couldn't find a better orthodontist. Christi you rock, thank you for working that math out. Everyone was great today.

Everyone in the office was AMAZING! My daughter got a full orthodontic consultation, braces and a little crash course on how to care for her teeth now that she has braces, all within 1 hour. I will refer this office to everyone I know

Had a crown replaced. Dr Blunt and her dental assistant, Crystal did an outstanding job. Dr. Blunt explained each step in the procedure. I was a little anxious anticipating some pain, but they were very patient, helped me relax, and there was no pain!

This place I consider money hungry. They fixed my teeth and did a sorry job, I kept complaining and wanted my teeth done right. The total price the first time was around 8000. This time waited a year and a half before I went back, my mind said don't go back there. I went anyway and got an exam, they set me up with the finance person and he showed what that dental office was about, money. This guy told me it was going to cost me over 7000 to get my mouth redone with a attitude . They are full of it and each time you go they always wants to do some extra. It's sad, I left really mad and came home , got a care credit with a nice balance. Duncanville Dental Care will not touch my mouth ever again.

Unfortunately I have no choice but to add a star. Good luck making a call and reaching a real live person. Should you choose to leave a voicemail, do not expect a call back. You have a better chance at hitting the mega millions Lotto, than having someone return your call.
We have had to switch location for orthodontics from Grand Prairie to Duncanville, due to Covid (what an excuse). Yet, no matter how long we have tried to get my daughter in for an appt. We just yet to get an appt. We made one today. Found out this time was not really going to work. So, I called back to reschedule. The first call I made someone picked up the phone and hung up. Maybe it was because it was around lunch time and they did not want to be held back by taking a call. I then called back immediately and it went to the answering service. So I concluded to believe my first thought. I then called again approx 2pm. Guess what? It got picked up and hung up again! I then called from 3 different #s consecutively about 15 times until someone answered. i asked if they were open. She said, "yes" I explained to the lady what I had just experienced. She then says, (in a overly sweet voice) So, how may I help you?"
What?! Not even an apology?!
I then asked for a supervisor. I then got put on hold for another 3 minutes. I finally gave up.
So should this be the practice you want to use for your dental/ortho needs, GOOD LUCK!

My husband and I have recently became new clients at Duncanville Dental Care. We are really satisfied with the services we have received. All the staff is really helpful and nice. Definitely recommend them if you looking for a new dental clinic in Duncanville!
