I paid 100% of my mother’s balance on the day of her procedure. A month later I was told that I had made no such payment. I provided them with the receipt they issued me and a bank statement. I had to call them 3 times on 3 separate occasions to get the issue resolved. The issue was finally resolved by an employee that normally works at a different location. I had no issue with their high prices given their great customer service and knowledgeable care. However, now I wonder if I should have kept the itemized bill and reviewed it better. I appreciate the care they provided my mother. However, I can’t continue to work with an establishment that is so careless with their billing.

Every visit is a great one. My daughter got her braces at this location and she loves the staff and the doctor is amazing. I recommend Duncanville Dental for any and all dental. Keep up the exceptional work.

Abby is a sweetheart! The ortho group is the BEST! The doctor has a very bright and cheerful personality. I got my braces off in February. My teeth are beautiful! Highly recommend this team!!

DDC saved my wedding!! I'm stationed in Japan and went back home to finally have our wedding after 3 tries due to COVID travel restrictions. Well, an unfortunate Bachelor party accident left my 2 front teeth badly chipped a week before the wedding date lol. While my wife, wedding planner, and Mom were livid; DDC's manager worked with me directly and had solutions for every issue that came up. After just 2 days of exploring options, they got me looking right. Thanks so much for helping me through this unique situation and being patient with someone who hasn't lived stateside in almost 6 years (insurance situation was not fun). Wish I had time to visit and show photos, but we flew back shortly after the wedding. Hope ya'll see this! Everyone was amazing and really saved our day on such short notice.

UPDATE: Please choose Jefferson Dental instead of this place. My first visit was great and the cost for some of the same services I received previously from Duncanville Dental was almost 40% less. A huge difference in the cost and care. I received a complete listing of everything that was done, and I asked them to provide me with the codes for each procedure and they did. I'm very satisfied with Jefferson Dental.
I was satisfied with this dental office until I received an extremely large bill without any details of the charges I'm being billed for. My husband kept telling me that they were trying to charge us for things we probably didn't need because everytime we went for a visit there was some procedure needed and we'd have to pay out of pocket costs. I think he might be right. I called the office billing department several times and I was always told they'd call me back, but I haven't received a call back. I just need a breakdown of what I'm being charged over $1,400.00 for so I figure out what happened. They may very well be submitting claims for procedures I probably didn't receive, but I'll never know until I get an itemized list of what I am being billed for. I've decided to go with another dental office this year, and I will be sure to get a list of procedures and codes before any work is done for me and my family. I'm trying to make it through these times just like everyone else and to get such an extremely large bill is very disturbing.
