First trip to this dentist, very warm and inviting. With my past experiences At other offices, was very emotional and very nervous about going. But after leaving I felt a bit more relaxed. Next appointment is in October. Hoping to be able to provide a better review after that one but for now...it was very good! I approached my first appointment (1/27/21) with some trepidation, a new patient with a new insurance plan that just came out in January. Everyone was extremely courteous and fully explained each procedure associated with the X-Rays and exam. They were honest about the bad news--I had extensive periodontal disease that previous dentists had failed to treat. The doctor also took well over an hour to carefully go over the treatment plan and find every possible discount for the procedures I already knew had to be done, including at least two crowns. To my amazement, my total cost for the two crowns will be well under what my insurance will pay for the year. Follow-up 2/11/21: On a tip from friends who were incorrectly diagnosed at Duncanville Dental with periodontal disease, I decided to get a different opinion. Two other dentists said that I do not have periodontal disease (which requires far more expensive cleanings). One of them also did an inexpensive repair of a molar that Duncanville said needed a crown. You may draw your own conclusions. I no longer recommend this dental clinic. Friendliness is good, but I prefer an honest, conservative treatment plan.

Dr. Carmen Blunt and Staff are Awesome. When you Need to come in, but you don't have appointment and they Work you in. Then you findout that you really made the Right choice of going in and Not Waiting till After the Weekend. Yes, I highly Recommend. Everytime I've been there, I have been Treated like I've been there All my Life. Thank You😁

The staff was amazing! Every single person in the office was soooo nice and friendly. Dr. Wilson is very nice and does really good work. This is the first dentist I have ever gone back to regularly because they are so nice. I wish I could give more stars!

If you want to be robbed politely under the name of a dental practice. This is the place to go. I am not one to leave negative reviews but I have to be my brother's keeper and help a brother out. This practice does not only milk your insurance but finds a way to get the highest out of pocket payment from you. I should have known better from the empty practice to the empty parking lot. Do not trust all the five and four star reviews they are all paid reviews. Clients are learning their lessons and never returning again.
