This is the best dental office or any type of business I have encountered in a very long time. From on the phone to the front desk to the dentist, Dr Wilson, everyone is friendly, welcoming & professional. Amazing service &'so refreshing to deal with a business where you don't have to feel like a lot of unnecessary services are being pushed on you that you really don't need. They genuinely cared about taking care of my problem. This will be my new dentist. Thank you Duncanville Dental Care & Dr. Wilson.

Update: i went to another dentist. Deep cleansing just a couple teeth in the L bite wing, regular cleaning the rest, a new night guard, and no crown needed - $278 total out of pocket. And they didn't charge N95 usage for staff onto the patient. They didn't see what duncanville saw so Im a bit fumed that I was almost ripped off $1100 at duncanville.
Im glad i asked for a second opinion. Original post below. I also read up on bacterial laser therapy that duncanville kept pushing for. It is expensive per tooth! Dental plans don't cover them at all bc it is a gray area of how effective they are.

Suggestion: they should mention there is a $10 fee for COVID PPEs when booking appointments. Surprised to be informed last minute when doing paperwork. I clarified and it is a one time charge for this and all future appts.
I have been going for two years. Staff are courteous, place is clean, and equipments are modern which had me as a regular. My hygienist is super sweet and educational. Since the previous dentist retired, my new dentist is good and friendly too. Seemed they hired a lot of new staff too this year.
However, since the recent change of management, they are proactive on pushing for treatments with higher costs. I have had perio maintenance done for a year before every three months somewhere else years ago at $75.00 out of pocket. I moved and the next dentist said my gums are healthy and just needed two cleanings a year. Then I moved again. So here I have been doing 2x cleaning/ yr too. Currently, this visit, it seemed my gums have signage of perio again so they want to do the initial $550+ for laser bacterial reduction, antibiotics, scale/root, etc., for several teeth and then each perio visit every three months will be an additional $100 or so, in addition to one crown. In total $1100 out of pockets. Im in the healthcare field so treatment with antibiotics when Im asymptomatic and there isnt labwork or additional diagnostics drawn... gets me skeptical --- Especially in this age with super bacterial resistance. I will be going elsewhere for a second opinion bc afterall, untreated gum disease can lead to heart problems down the line. Then I will do a comparison of costs/procedure. They also offered a finance plan which i rejected. Idk if they get incentives for pushing for that finance carrier - my advice is to read small prints and compare it with your current credit card and if it is necessary to open an account. Look at APR, promo expiration terms, and such bc that is where they get you. And there are better credit cards with longer term for 0% APR and has benefits/ rewards!

Because of my own neglect, I have several issues with my teeth. Yesterday, I had a deep cleaning and my hygienist was fantastic. She is compassionate and patient. The front desk reached out to my insurance company to help resolve an issue. I could go on and on. I definitely recommend Duncanville Dental Care.

Today was the first time my husband and I visited this dentist. We were very impressed with the way we were treated. Every one at this office was friendly and professional. The dentist and his assistant took their time explaining the procedure and answering our questions. We didn't feel rushed. We highly recommend this dentist and will continue to come to this dentist for our future needs. Fyi: Dr. Sanchez does speak Spanish.

The front personal is nice but I am very disappointed because I was deny a service that is already cover by my insurance. The dental hygienist see no importance to provide me a service that is already cover because I did not agree with something she wanted to do. Very typical of these places. That tell me that they are about the money not the service. My entire family will NEVER come back to this place. Manuela.

I really like how the staff greet me when I arrive at Duncanville dental. Lorna is the best dental hygienist I've ever had to clean my teeth. She is very gentle. Dr. Talsania is very professional and I appreciate all of his advice and comments.

Very professional , caring, and supportive of my needs. I really appreciate the work that you do. Dr. Sanchez, I really, really appreciate his professional and truthful conveyance of what was needed for my care. Totally satisfied. Just wish that I was his patient before it became necessary to have a tooth extraction.

It use to be an awesome place, but now it's about money. Everyone that goes there seems to need a deep cleaning, not a basic cleaning. The deep cleaning cost over $500 depending on your insurance. This reminds of the dentist over in Dallas named Felix Stargill (still in business). Everyone that came in his office also needed a deep cleaning.
