Dr. Sanchez is a pillar of his profession. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not only do I feel comfortable with his work, but he truly puts the customer first. I don't even have the vocabulary to describe the before and after of my teeth. If your considering micro-derm abrasion, crowns, or fillings go to duncanville dental. Ask Dr. S to see my before and after pics. Also, the techs and support staff go above the call of duty. Thank you guys..

My "New Patient" visit went well. The office was prompt, professional, and personable. Going back in 3 weeks for extensive dental work, we'll see.

After coming in and being diagnosed with an infection (Wednesday), Dr. Wilson refused to give me a prescription for antibiotics. Even his hygienist asked about prescribing me some antibiotics. What kind of doctor sees an active infection and refuses antibiotics? Later that night, my pain was unbearable so I called their dental emergency number...TWICE. Nobody got back to me. The answering service said they called several times and the dentist did not answer. The next morning, I called and told them what happened the night before. They finally called in antibiotics after 1pm that day. By then, my mouth was swelling. The endodontist they referred me to called the day before saying that I had to wait until Monday to be seen. I found my own endodontist that was able to see me the next day (Friday), diagnose me, and refer me to a surgeon for extraction. I still have the tooth for now because I can't get to the oral surgeon until Monday. My face is swollen but at least the endodontist gave me a tip on how to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol. However, Duncanville Dental Care wasted my time and left me hanging when I needed assistance the most. The oral suregeon's secretary looked at my x-ray and could tell it needed to come out so unless Dr. Wilson just isn't good at reading x-rays, I am convinced that he wanted to sent me to the endodontist of HIS choosing, knowing that the endodontist wouldn't be able to help, and then wanted me to come back to Duncanville Dental to see their periodontist to get it extracted. Their periodontist doesn't even come into the office regularly so I guess the plan was to have a rampant infection until August? Duncanville Dental will never see me again. They will never get any money from me again. I've been there twice and will never go again. The hygienist was nice but dental health is too important for me to patronize a dental clinic that doesn't care. My mom, who referred me, is leaving too because of how they did me.

I have been a patient of Duncanville Dental for many years, why...2 reasons, Dr. Wilson and his assistant Camille. The staff is great as well, very friendly and efficient, but Dr. Wilson and Camille are the best of the BEST!!

I went there for a Tooth ache and was told I needed to have a root canal. But then the doctor filled the tooth. I was in pain for a week and had to go back in . I was told I need to have a root canal then. I had the root canal and was still in a lot of pain. I went back and was told I needed to go to a specialist for root canals and they gave the number to another dentist. I wouldn’t go to anyone else they referred because that dentist had messed up my mouth so bad. It’s been over a year and half and my mouth is still hurting and I’m still having problems with my tooth. I am going to have to someone else to fix Duncanville dental care mess.

Everyone was super friendly. Especially Ms. Tina and the super friendly receptionist. Everyone made you feel like you were a member of a family. Not just another patient.
