I love my hygienist (Laura). She explains everything that she is doing and she even puts Vaseline on lips during her cleanings so lips won't be so dry. Laura is also very kind and professional.

This post is long over due.... The ortho service is horrible!!!! Don't waste your money at this place!!!! They are only there ONCE A WEEK and the service is not good! When the doctor is out they will reschedule your appt 4-6 weeks out. I have been on braces twice at this location and both times I have not been happy. I hope my post can save someone from my mistake. Please do your research and choose a dentist office that offers a full orthotist service if that is what you are looking for. The dental assistants are good but the doctors are constantly leaving. I have never had the same ortho doctor from start to finish and since you are locked in a contract you have to accept whoever they bring. They also, have changed management 3 times in less than 4 years.

Staff is always friendly and courteous. My hygienist always does a great job! Couple of things I don't like is the pressure they put on you to get expensive work done and then trying to get you to "finance" the cost. I think they should remember even though they are providing a very valuable service, they are not the only dentist in town. Patients are spending their hard earned money for that service and can take their business somewhere else.

I LOVE Duncanville Dental and have been with them since 2015. I don't see any other dental hygienist but Lorna! She is my FAV and she is stuck with my family and I. The ladies are thee absolute best and take extra special care of us. I recently got braces and they are helping make my journey a pleasant one. I don't care how far we move (I will make that drive), when I find extra genuine and honest people who love and take care of me, I am loyal and that's that.

Dr T is fantastic. He took his time and made my procedure as painless as possible. He took his time and explained each step as he performed it. He was patient and answered every question I had. Great supporting staff. Everyone was professional and courteous. They could use extra staff for answering phone calls. Be prepared to call a few times before someone picks up. That said, I still highly recommend Duncanville Dental Care.
